HoneyBaked Ham

I love the Ham — but their system is odd during the holidays. They have a guy that blocks the line — looks like he is eating samples. He doesn’t know the system so probably slows it down

Big Bummer! I want so badly to like this place. If I were only evaluating the turkey sandwich, which I have on a croissant, they would get a 4.5, but I always get such an unhappy vibe, I am giving them 2 stars. They are so disinterested in helping me. Today there were 3 people working when I walked in, as the only customer 1 hour before closing, and not one person welcomed me or smiled. The blond who helped me looked miserable. There was no attempt at small talk by anyone. The people seem lifeless and dull. Every time I have visited, I have had a similar experience. I live close and would go all the time if I enjoyed the people. I only go about twice a year now because it is such a downer. Big Bummer!
