WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEXPERIENCEOFMYLIFE. If you call to order, expect to hear«Greek Tony’s hold»…& hold you will! I held for 18mins… phone just set to the side, you can hear everyone’s conversations. I ordered, repeated the order & address 2x. Order comes to us totally wrong & the driver was given the wrong address. Called back — put on hold for 28mins(listening to them talk the entire time), phone is picked up …& then HUNGUPON! Call back, phone is off the hook for 15mins. Total hassle, zero customer service, & incorrect food — save your money & go to Grimaldi’s where the pizza is better & they treat the customers with care.

OMG, save yourself and do not go here. We went at 5:45 on a Saturday evening, the guy who took my order was without a doubt on meth. He was grinding his rotten teeth and could not seem to get my order straight-2 pizzas, 2 salads and a pitcher of beer. I must of repeated myself 4 times. After he finally got my order I give him my credit card, he then informs me the credit card machine was broken. Ok… luckily my sister had cash. It seemed pretty fishy & I am sure he stole the cash at some point that evening. Then he walks over and precedes to make pizza crusts without bothering to wash his hands– he just handled dirty money. After a few minutes they bring out the«salad» which consisted of soggy, brown minced up iceberg lettuce and tomato slices– that was it, no onions, no cucumbers, no crutons-YUK. I then go to the drink station to get my soda, all around the floor was water that was leaking from the machine and down the small hallway to the bathroom– I inform the guy that there is a hazard especially since I had 3 kids with me. He didn’t seem to care about the mess. I then go with my son into the ladies bathroom, there was already a sign on the men’s that said out of order. In the ladies one stall was clogged and overflowing, thank god the other toilet was working. 1 working dirty toilet in the entire restaurant-YUK! Once back at the table they bring the small cheese pizza I had ordered for the kids and he said our large which we ordered for the adults would be out soon, 50 minutes later… still no pizza. I go back up and ask where our pizza was, the cracked out staff all stare blankly at each other until 1 finally speaks up «uh…we forgot it» and they begin to make it and says it will be just 10 minutes. Once they bring it out it was overloaded with way too much cheese. It tasted fine but way too much cheese. It’s really, really pathetic how the new owner has allowed this prevoius gem of a place to crash and burn in this manner. Meth heads are left to run it with NO training and no owner in site. This place will not be open much longer with broken credit card machines, over flowing broken toilets, nasty salads and a totally inept staff. Do not waste your time or money in this dirty nasty place.

Greek Tony’s has been sold to a new owner and it is nothing like the original. The pizza tastes like frozen pizza. We miss you Greg D’Avignon may you rest in peace.

It’s usually not a good sign when you walk into a place and the only person in there is the one guy working. This restaurant is dark, dingy, and seriously needs to be brought into the 21st century. However, there are many hole in the wall spots that prove you can’t judge a book by its cover. There had also been talk of this amazing meatball sub, so why not check it out? I ordered the veggie sub and it was pretty much what I would have expected– cheese melted over an assortment of vegetables. It was fine, although I started to lose a little bit of my appetite watching a family of flies crawling around the other side of the table. What remained of my appetite was killed when the question was raised to the right of me: «Are meatballs supposed to have bones?» No. No they are not. Although upon further inspection we realized this was not a bone, but a large splinter of wood. How it got into the ground beef, I’d rather not imagine.

Oh gosh! What happened? This used to be the best place for pizza in the Woodlands area. But they now have a new owner. I walked in and my shoes were literally sticking to the floor. There was only one table clean in the whole place. It was filthy. I used to go there at least two times a week, unfortunately I will not be going back. i’m going to miss you GreekTony’s :-(

Highly disappointing. The prices on the web site do not match what they charge. Sandwich was extremely dry. You only get a pickle spear if you ask for one. Delivery driver did not have cash to break my money for a tip. Manager could had cared less

RIP Greek Tony’s. Under new ownership. All new employees. Service and food are terrible and I have been coming here since 1993. Sorry to see this Woodlands staple go down hill. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives available. Wish Greg’s son hadn’t sold!

A woodlands staple! Although I’m vegan now, I do remember when I wasn’t vegan how amazing their pizzas were! But their vegetarian sandwich is freakin awesome!

I’ve ordered from Greek Tony’s numerous times, mostly delivery, and the pizza has always been good. But recently I had a pretty horrible experience. First off, the girl who answers the phone clearly hates her life. She is always short and rude. Not to mention she seems to grow more irritated every time you order another item(I only ordered 5 items, including marinara sauce). Weird, I thought profit was good for business. I asked if I could pay for it on the phone, at which point my CC information was taken. She then told me it would be 30 min, but gave me no total. In my hurry to get off the phone with this horrid person I did not ask either, so I guess that’s my fault. My husband showed up to pick up the food and upon arrival found that they were just starting the order, literally rolling out the dough 25 min after my order was placed. Some employees, including the girl who took my order(the only girl there), were cussing about how they did not want to be there right in front of my husband who was the only person in the place. When my husband got home I noticed we were missing two items, hot wings and marinara. I will take some blame in the fact that my husband did not know the full order when he left with the food so he did not know what he was picking up. Although I would expect my order to be in full when it is delivered or brought to my table, so what is the difference? I proceeded to call the restaurant for 20 min with a persistent busy tone on the other side. I understand sometimes pizza places experience high volume phone calls, but this place was clearly not that busy. So I had to drive up there to get my food when I was hoping they would deliver my forgotten items, which would have made me less irritated given the experience that arose from walking in the place. I first noticed the dude, whose only job is to watch the oven, wearing pajama pants and leaning on the counter. This guy totally had a staring problem, but it wasn’t at the oven. He hates his life too by the way. Now the kid behind the counter was in training so there is not much to be said. I have worked in the service industry for 7+ years so I am usually more understanding than most. But there was no one training this guy, and the girl who hates her life was gone after bitching about working and I’m pretty sure she was supposed to be training him. Did I mention there are 6 people working in a almost(a few people are in the place now) dead restaurant? So the owner takes a break from his Heineken at the bar(the customer service is really shining here) to come show the guy how to reprint a receipt since we didn’t get one when we got our food. The owner doesn’t say one word to us. Not even so much as an apology. He reprints the receipt and goes back to his important business(drinking). Although the cook and the guy in training did apologize, there was no offer of compensation. We were told the card was already ran so if we wanted to adjust the tip it couldn’t be done. Regardless of the fact that my husband had told them 3 times he just wanted a receipt it is possible to adjust a tip and/or void a transaction after it has been processed. I had half a mind to tell them to pass the terminal over and I would do their job for them, but we just wanted to get out of there, and I never skimp on a tip(even on a to-go order my husband tipped them 8 dollars). It would have been nice to have been offered something or anything, even an apology from the owner would have been nice. Instead we were completely ignored by him. The lack of customer service was pretty clear and we realize the employees’ lack of respect reflects the owner’s complete disregard for his customers. With the employees swearing about how much they don’t want to be there, to the employee wearing pajama pants, and finally the owner drinking at the bar, what’s not to love?

I have never had a pizza from Greek Tony’s, only the meatball sub and I can’t stay away from it. If your looking for a delicious meatball sub this is the place. Always hot and fresh. I have had a couple bites of my mothers jalapeño thin crust pizza that also didn’t disappoint. It’s a must try place if you’ve never been

Our favorite is Greek pizza without gyro meat (Anchovy substitute — yes, we bring our own anchovies and they put half on Greek salad and half on a ten inch pizza for us!). Both bartenders are super friendly and make our meals at the bar fun and entertaining.

I got the Greek salad, jalapeño poppers and 10″ Poppas pizza. I had plenty left over and the total cost with a $ 4 tip was $ 30. I was thrilled to find they delivered. Everything was good and hot. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

This place has been around for quite some time. The sandwich’s are fantastic, and the pizza isn’t bad itself . Haven’t had a bad meal to date!

Don’t believe the hype. I was so excited to try this pizza. Especially because they delivered. The pizza looked fabulous. The blanco pizza looked sooo good but was so bland. No sauce at all and not enough cheese to hold the toppings on the pie. The slama jama looked even better but also failed to meet the expectation of the previous reviews or even how it looked. No sauce and definitely did not have triple the cheese cause the toppings also didn’t stick to the pie. Both pizzas were cold when they arrived. So the delivery didn’t do me any good. I’m not sure we will give this place another try.

Everyone in the Tomball/Woodlands area needs to pay a visit to Greek Tony’s. It’s a pretty well kept secret, as we know that the people of The Woodlands do enjoy their suburban chain restaurants. Greek Tony’s was established close to thirty years ago by a man from Michigan. A transplant. Everybody loves a transplant. Well, I do at least. The pizzas here are good. I think they are Michigan style, which is an actual«thing» believe it or not. I am not sure what that means, but thankfully they are thin crust and flavorfull. The pizzas are good. I have only ever tasted the plain pizza, because if you can do plain cheese right, then all is good in the world. And all is good at Greek Tony’s. I must also commend them on their most excellent beer selection. They have a pretty great offering of local brews on draft, as well as some Austin based Live Oak! As an Austin transplant, I appreciate that. Additionally, their bartender is just an all around friendly chap who is a lot of fun to chat with. If you’re interested in good food, great beer, and friendly service, then you definitely need to try this local establishment.
