Firehouse Subs

I finally went to a Firehouse Subs… and I didn’t really like it. It wasn’t bad. My kids meal, meatball sub tasted like a meatball sub, but it wasn’t anything to call home about. The sauce and meatballs were about the same as what you get at Subway. The only good thing was that by ordering the kids meal, I got a small rice krispie treat with my meal.

Food was hot and delicious with fast service! The employees are really friendly, which is unusual for «fast food»! :)

I LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS, but this place is horrible first I called to place my order on my way there was on hold the entire time 20 mins and pointed out I was still on hold and No One was in the store and it took them yet another 20 min to make my sandwich all while screaming and yelling and singing about something in there nose they can’t reach.

S-​L-​O-​W!!! Five employees sitting behind the counter waiting on a very slow, quirky cashier. Why not have 2 cashiers? There are two registers. Or better yet, getting «Ms CC» off the register might speed things up. Took me 15 minutes to order and there were only 5 people in front of me. Then took another 10 minutes to get my food. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the food is so good.

Love this place! The employees are very friendly. The cashier Cici, calls me by my name, and knows my usual order, the brisket sandwich (#10), which is one of my favorite sandwiches ever! I tried the italian salad with chicken and salami today, since I had earned a free one through their rewards program and it was good as well, tons of meat all through it and the cubes of chicken tasted nice and smoky. Ill get it again when I want something lighter.

I love firehouse subs! The only thing that could improve at this location is the time it takes them. However, I know it takes time to cook meat so I rather wait than easy something raw. Their captain sauce is also one of my favorites!

Very disappointing.

My go to sandwich shop in spring. Love the hook and ladder with bacon fully involved and add Dario pepper sauce. Meat is moist and hot and bread light and a nice light crust when toasted.

As a frequent diner at Firehouse, I would like management to know about my recent experience. I would normally be giving 5 stars all the way around, however, my experience with service today has made me feel like this deserves less than perfect.
I was picking up an online order (fabulous idea btw, expedited service), and apparently the cashier behind the counter was new. His trainer was less than cooperative and did not exemplify what I call to be hospitable service whatsoever. I understand we all have long days, but in the service industry we are forced to keep our feelings to ourselves. Sorry Jill J, I do not care to know that you «hate training» or that you’ve «had a long day». As a food and beverage manager at a 5 star hotel in downtown, I would be appalled at the fact that you were my employee. It’s called teamwork for a reason. Your trainee is only going to do as well as you do. Take your time to shine and run with it.
On the upside, your food and service, on other days are absolutely fantastic and I love coming here.

My husband and I Love coming here when we’re craving some brisket but don’t want to actually go to a bbq place and need something fast. We always get great service and our sandwiches are always delicious and have lots of juicy meat

I go to this place every now and then if I’m shopping at other stores near by. The place is always clean and the people always friendly.
I’ve tried a few different subs, and they are just *okay*… They seem kind of small for the price, especially compared to what you can get at other places.
When they get busy, you can also end up waiting a LONG time. It’s a sandwich, you shouldn’t really have to wait for it… What irked me is one time I swear a couple people that came in and ordered AFTER me actually got their sandwiches BEFORE I did… I didn’t order anything special, just one of their regular subs…
They do have that coke soda machine where you can choose your flavor. Though the last couple times it seems like half the flavors were out. And when you get stuck behind a little kid that can’t make up their mind… ugh…

So today was my first time going to fire house sub’s the second you walk in you are welcomed by the staff welcome to fire house! The food is amazing and the huge hot sauce collection is great too the beverage machine has over 120 flavors but my only bad thing to say is there Is no create your own sub line so I give fire house sub’s a 4 out of 5 stars.

I dig Firehouse subs. They give you more meat then Subway and the staff are always friendly. I like the meatball sub and I had a nice turkey subs their too. Both were good and made correctly. It’s a winner-​winner.

This place is really good! They give quick service and definitely enough food for your buck! The employees ate always courteous and patient. The restaurant is pretty clean.

I use to love coming here for the soup and salad… they no longer have soup and the chicken salad, salad is NOTHING like it used to be. There is more egg whites than chicken in it and the greens are poor compared to how it used to be… don’t change a good thing when no one is complaining… the only good thing I have to say is the sandwiches are still ok.

As typical, Firehouse Subs ROCKS! This place always gives great service, is clean, and has great food!

This Was Quite Good !! Way Better Than Subway I’ll Say But I Still Love Jimmy Johns Better.

Super tasty! Can depend on the staff, but overall, I highly recommend this sub shop. Clean, friendly. Most of the employees really have their hustle on. Their brownies are even pretty tasty.
There’s a new one in The Woodlands, however. It’s even nicer…

Firehouse never disappoints! Fast service, delicious hot subs and amazing service. They also have an extensive collection of hot sauces.
Today I tried the Italian medium sub, not loaded on white. Meat, cheese and spices. It was amazingly tasty and fresh. Just what I was craving! Y U M

I can always count on three things at Firehouse Subs:
