The coaches here are absolutely amazing! They’re extremely knowledgable and really push you(safely) to your true potential! The facility is awesome, and the programming is world class! They even have cardio classes specifically geared towards weight loss and«toning up» if that’s your goal! Point Break does a FREE community workout the LAST Saturday of every month so that you can see what you’re getting yourself into! Speaking of community, I’ve been to a few different CrossFit gyms and THIS one has one of the BEST community that I’ve ever been a part of. Everyone is extremely friendly and is there to help each other out! I HIGHLY recommend this facility!!!
