I loved that as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was helped right away. I went in looking for a washer and dryer & left with a T. V & a dinning table as well! Ken was awesome and very helpful! The delivery guys were very friendly & nice.

Trash store. Employees can’t tell the difference between their asses from a hole in the ground and some of their products are marked up over $ 1,000?! Seriously?!? Don’t bother. Just go across the street to Best Buy and get some real service Maybe good if you want to see vintage-creepy sales reps

Buyers Beware… DONOT buy ANYTHING from CONNS!!! We bought a 3 piece living room set for our den, a sectional for our movie room, and also an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave/vent combo. We had no problems getting financing or getting the furniture delivered. The problem is the poor quality of the appliances and furniture. Our oven went out within the first year. The oven was supposed to be under factory warranty. The repairman advised us that what was represented as a new model oven was actually 2 years old. The appliance company did fix the oven. Next is the repeated problems with the dishwasher in which we continue to fix. We purchased a warranty plan from Conns to cover any problems with the furniture for 4 years. The sofa, love seat, and recliner have had to be resown multiple times. The reclining mechanism has been replaced on the sofa and love seat, and the entire back of the sofa was rebuilt due to poor/cheap quality. The wood used to build the structure of the furniture is so thin that it breaks easily from daily use of sitting on the furniture. We have also had the warranty companies repairman out multiple times to fix the sectional same cheap construction issues. Now the sectional chaise is deemed defective and unfixable. The warranty states that furniture will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the customer. The chaise is not repairable. Conns wants to charge us 400.00 to give us a new chaise from a different manufacturer because it is a more expensive company’s chaise. They do not know if it will match. They state that they are no longer able to get it from the manufacturer of our sofa. This is the reason that we bought an extended warranty. I never dreamed that we could pay so many thousands of dollars and have such terrible quality furniture quality and customer service. We will never buy another item from Conns. I hope this helps any other perspective Conns consumers to shop elsewhere to avoid the consequences of buying from this company. MarieB.

I really wanted to give this store 2 stars because of the tactics used by the sales staff to persuade you to buy something, but I understand, these salesman have to make a living. I just wish they would take a different approach. Have you ever went to a used car lot. That feeling that you get when you went is similar to the one you will get when you walk into this Conn’s. A salesman will greet you and follow you around throughout the store. Even if you tell him/her that you will find them if you need help. Chances are, if they don’t have any other customers to harass, they are going to be hovering over you and ask you what you think. The good side is that some of these guys are knowledgeable about some of these products, though they never say anything negative about any of them. The other upside to shopping here is that they have pretty decent sales in their ads. When buying TVs and other appliances, I found that Conn’s had the best deals overall. If you can handle being stalked by a vulture as you browse at the excellent sales, Conn’s may do it for you.
