Don’t believe the hype. They are worse than the most awful review on here. Even the installer said that Spring has the most out dated equipment in the Charter family. All the adds you see and fliers in the mail are full of misleading lies. They do not have On demand in our market. The cable on screen interface looks like something out of the 80’s. The Internet is fast but drops dead on a weekly basis. The TV signal is at times pixelated and makes even the best TV look terrible. If you want a better picture and cable go with AT&T, but beware it’s costly. If your internet is more important Charter is better but not by much.

I wish I could give negative stars. I hate Charter. They completely hooked up their cable and I was missing stations that they guaranteed. They tried to up sell me to a package that still didn’t have one of my channels! A cancellation was put forth, but the technician left and I had to reconnect my directv myself. Total and complete waste of my time and patience — I will never get this morning back.

This company is the worst. If you enjoy having to speak with more than 5 people to get one of the many problems that you will have with this company solved, then you should definitely go with Charter. And if you like unprofessional, not presentable, illiterate, poor elaboration skilled, unhelpful, and lazy technicians, then this is your company!!! They say one thing and do another. They will provide no confirmations, and apparently we should just«Take their word for it» or «trust them» for quality assurance. If you plan on spending at least 2 hour per week dedicated to speaking with every employee and Supervisor on the phone at Charter, you should definitely seek out their internet service.

These guys are terrible, please save you money most importantly. They try and provide a service, but it’s so unreliable. I contacted customer service multiple times only to be given a time frame for when a tech would show up the follow day to determine the issue in their«window» of course! They no showed 2 days in a row, saying that they fixed the outage in our area and therefore did not need to address each individual issue? Im trying to run my business through my phone wifi, still no internet 4 days later. customer service wont let me speak to a manager either? Can u say hughes net! Thank Charter!
