My family and I love this place! Always great customer service. Always great food. Big portion sizes. I LOVE their oysters with garlic butter and parmesan. They are our favorite crawfish destination. We have also placed to go orders a few times with great success. Keep up the good work!

We love this place! We tried it before the remodel and weren’t impressed, but now it’s much improved. We receive great service, the food is delicious, and they have great specials. My favorite is the coconut shrimp, and my husband loves the fried catfish. The grilled shrimp with the fried rice is also amazing.

My husband and I took family from OK here a week ago for crawfish! It was over the top! We asked for extra spicy… It was and it was fantastic! Our server, Cindy, was the best server I have ever had! I am a senior and we eat out almost everyday! That said, my husband and I went back a week later and had the best crawfish ever! They were huge! We did request Cindy again and I can verify that she is the best server! We have found our crawfish heaven restaurant!

Came here specifically for crawfish… The service was exceptional and the menu offered a vast selection of seafood. We’re just not sure the crawfish was exactly fresh — more frozen + highly seasoned… Lots of work to peel these little guys. High marks for the service but will have to wait to cross the border to New Orleans for the real deal!

Excellent food! Great prices! We loved it and will be back! Chad did a great job as our server. Take his suggestions he knows what he’s talking about!

The crawfish was okay. The waitress was really nice and apologetic. The only thing that annoyed me is that the waitress(Stef) kept calling me «GIRL.»(I think it was beyond disrespectful)

Our family went in for our first visit to the Bluewater Seafood restaurant tonight and were quite happy with the choice. We ordered some of their roasted oysters on the half shell as an appetizer. The butter garlic and Bluewater versions were fantastic(if you like oysters, definitely go for some of these!) Our server, Chad, was on the money. He made some great recommendations and made our dinner flow smoothly. Definitely will be back. Thanks again, Bluewater.

Second time here. Had a Poboy the first time and the gumbo be second go around. Both times food has been consistently good. Girlfriend has had mud bugs both times and wanted to come back for more. Will definitely return again.

I really like the food here, and the restaurant itself is much nicer than the 1960 location. However, no matter if we sit at the bar, or at a table– with a group or just me and my husband, the service is always terrible. We always get the most forgetful waiters/waitresses, and the bar tender has been straight up rude and unhelpful.

I’m only putting 4 because our first time we went was meh. This second time around however was really good! My husband got 4lbs of spicy garlic and he was very pleased with the size and taste! He also got the half order of oysters, it was his first time getting them but the waiter was very helpful, he made a suggestion on how to eat them and my husband really enjoyed it! I got the chicken quesadilla and that was very cheesy and good! My daughter got the kids cheese burger and for it being on the kids menu was sooo good! The service was really good and the waiter was very helpful. We will be back again for sure!

We’ve gone here several times and overall is a good seafood place. Service is inconsistent. Sometimes it is great and a couple of times it was lacking. Food overall is good and if something isn’t right they will try and fix it. We went here for Crawfish, they have all year but we like it best when in season. Mid February the size is a mix of big and tiny, which is to be expected. The flavor is amazing. Cooked perfectly and seasoned right. I like their cajun seasoning on the table to dip the tails in. On Tuesdays they do a special buy 4 lbs get 1 free. Also, we tried their fried pickles. You get a lot in an order definitely 4 people can share. It’s crispy, not soggy or greasy. Again sprinkle the cajun seasoning to add a bit of spice.

A nice casual restaurant with some great food. The service was excellent too. With a busy crowd on a Saturday our waiter still took the time to make great recommendations, brought out our food out fast, and had great attitude making sure to take care of us. Their special Sriracha seasoned crawfish was just the icing on the cake.

Great atmosphere ! All the servers work with a fantastic team effort. You never have an empty glass or a dirty plate even on a busy night like tonight. Our server was chad, very attentive and knowledgable. The crawfish was expectional and the calamari was okay but the special sauce made it just right ! This is going to be our new hang out spot for sure ! Thanks blue water.

I see they have a three star rating but we dine here every crawfish season and they offer some of the best for $ 6.99lb. We have tried the boiled shrimp and its not our favorite but the stuffed avocado is worth it. This is our third year to try Bluewater during crawfish season but it won’t be our last.

We heard about this place for a long time. So we went for lunch today. Boiled Crawfish is very fresh but it is so salty and very small. At $ 11 per pound, I was expecting bigger crawfish. We also ordered Fried snapper and blacked tilapia. Both are good but not something we will longing to come back for. Our server is a very pleasant guy. We tipped him well;)

This is the first time I’ve been here since the remodel and the place looks AMAZING! Before they closed for the remodel this was my favorite place to go during crawfish season. I wasn’t in the mood for any today, but they had them for $ 6.99/pound, which is a pretty decent price. Tuesday’s are buy 4 pounds and get 1 free. Today I tried the crawfish queso and the grilled garlic butter oysters for an app. Both were pretty tasty and a good value for the price. I ordered the 6 count fried shrimp with fries and hush puppies for my entrée. The shrimp were okay. I really don’t like when the end of the shrimp is pounded out flat. I prefer them butterflied. The hush puppies were good, but the fries could have been a little crisper. Service was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely come back for some crawfish and beer.

Haven’t been back to this place in over 10 years… So Sorry we waited so long! Our server was Sarah and she was warm, friendly, informative and her timing was good. We started with a Bloody Mary(which was delicious), Shiner Bock, a dozen oysters on the half shell and a crawfish pistolet.(Oysters are $ 1.00 off per dz. on Mondays.) They tasted good but were a bit small. It was not served with lemon. I requested some but they never came. Hubby ordered the shrimp diablo with shrimp fried rice, grilled veggies with an additional 4 grilled shrimp. He said it was tasty. I had the ½ dz fried shrimp and substituted fries with fried zucchini. Shrimp were crispy ad tasty. I liked the zuchini but wished there was more coating and would have been done a little more to make them crispy. A gentleman came around and chatted with the tables(not sure if owner or manager). He was very nice and asked how our meals were. We said good, but I mentioned my suggestion on the zucchini and he agreed and thanked me. I wish I would have mentioned one more thing… The very long bench booth seat where I sat was too short in the seat. The bottom was not deep enough to accommodate the thickness of the back cushion. I am 5’4″ and it was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe better for kids. The food was good and we had a nice time — We’ll be back.(next time I will pick a booth ;)) P. S. In response to Brittney A. = I tried to respond and it deleted the message. The Bloody Mary was delicious. I would have preferred the olives on a skewer(instead of loose) and a celery stalk to munch on… ;)

My friend in the Houston area drove up to Spring to visit since it had been so long since we last saw one another. As neither of us is familiar with the area we decided to stop in here. The servers were pleasant. The food was quick. We started off with shrimp nachos. They were standard tortilla chips with melted cheese and good size shrimp on top with some sour cream and jalapeños on top. No complaints. For our entrees we went with the 6 grilled shrimp dinner. It came with shrimp fried rice and green beans. I feel like something else too, but I can’t remember. It was pretty good. The green beans were my favorite with a garlic flavor. The rice was good. It had a soy sauce flavor. Nothing about this place was extra special or extra delicious. It was just mediocre. Not sure if I’d be back or not.

We usually frequent their 1960/Champion Forest location but on this day we decided to try this spot and so glad we did! It is a lot bigger and has more tables inside and out and much livelier than the other location. Our waiter, Brian, was awesome and I have to say their food is consistent from one place to the next. Since I can no longer eat crawfish(BOO!!) I ordered the Mariner’s Platter — grilled fish, shrimp, scallop, oyster with a side of toast and medley veggies — and my better half got the Captain’s Catch — 1 lb. crawfish, 10 boiled shrimp, snow crab — both for very reasonable prices. There are TV’s throughout the restaurant so you won’t miss a thing when it’s baseball, football, or basketball season — in every direction you look you’ll see a TV. It is a few minutes farther away from the Champion Forest spot, but we are willing to make the drive.
