No show on my scheduled appointment — no call — no nothing. Tried to call them and after 5 you just get a recording — left message but nothing. Waited over 3 hours thinking they were running late — but NOTHING! On to find another repair company as my laundry pile grows! Would not recommend this company.

Been using this companies parts and services in two homes over the last 10 years. First thing is Very honest folks here. Never had to have a call back for any work done on any appliance job. Had a prob recently with a Maytag washer. Mike told me a possible fix in which he could have easily lied and had someone com out and rack up my bill. He didn’t! His techs are all super nice. Not had a sour experience ever. I think we’ve had 3 call outs and I’ve purchased parts from them at least 4 times at their store for my older washer and drier(Whirlpool) Two thumbs up. Tell’m D. Goodman sent you!

This stores staff, especially the sales manager, are rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. No returns on anything in the store, although I was told there is a 90 day return policy. This place is a joke and way over priced. The store manager was condescending and inappropriate. Don’t waste your time.

After spending hours calling around different Sears help lines, I finally got a-hold of someone who was able to look up the part number for the door latch on my Kenmore dryer. They told me that no stores in the Houston area had any in stock and I could order one and it would take 8ish days. Or I could over night it for as much as it cost. So I smartened up and searched for a part’s store. Benchmark was the first place I called and they had more than one in stock. They took my name down and put it aside for me. This took less than five minutes. Thanks for nothing Sears. I took in my old door switch in case I had troubleshot wrong. I explained my problem and they knew right away that it was broken and that it was my problem as to why my dryer wouldn’t start. Great little shop to deal with and they have friendly knowledgeable sales reps. and repair men. Give ‘em call if you don’t wanna waste all day being bounced around on the phone and talking to machines just to find out nationally renowned stores are of no help when it comes to replacement parts. Or if you just have trouble troubleshooting an appliance.
