ACE Hardware

I have been using Ace off and on for a while preferring Home Depot or Lowes. Recently that has changed and I now only use Ace. I have had some DYI projects that require thinking outside the box. I think the employees enjoy helping me come up with good ideas. If they don’t have it, they order it for me. There is nothing that I can’t get there that I can get at HD or Lowes. I might need to order to have delivered to the store but so what? They give instructions on use, make suggestions and remember their customers. I am at the store at least once a week an know most of the workers by name. They have asked to see pictures of my finished projects and want to know what is next on the list. True customer service.

Wow! Where I come from the employees at the hardware store run the other way if it looks like you’re going to ask them a question, so I’ve been astounded at how helpful the people in here are. Every time I go in, they bend over backwards to help. Excellent store & excellent employees!

Great selection of lawn and garden, paint, gifts, tools, outdoor living and everything in between!
As soon as you walk in the store you are immediately greeted, always. And the staff is very knowledgeable and helps you find things quickly.

Always helpful and have always answered my questions. Prices are higher in some areas but the return on service is is worth it!

Ace is the the friendly place if you are buying gift bags and trinkets. So when I think of Ace hardware I think of a store to pick up nuts and bolts, Saturday gardening supplies, and tools. I was shocked to see that half the store was a boutique. Take out the boutique and make more room down your aisles so customers aren’t shoulder to shoulder. I would highly recommend extending your hours for the holidays. Closing at 6:00 on a Saturday is probably losing your business money.

Great selection. Great customer service, I return things all the time with and without receipts without a problem. I bring in parts with no manufacturer name, I never leave disappointed.

Very diverse selection of items here some of which I do not feel belong in a hardware store. BUT it’s in the Woodlands and those freaks want all sorts of weird stuff in any store they go into so there it is.
After going on a 5 store goose chase through Tomball, Magnolia and finishing here for a plastic O ring to fic my water spewing kitchen faucet I finally settled on an item that I felt would do the job. {fortunately it did}
The store was devoid of other customers but the employees still seemed a bit stand offish — again it’s the Woodlands where even wage slavers are condescending. No one ever asked if I needed help, what I was looking for etc.
With Circle S Hardware so much closer to home I doubt I’ll return.
