Being going here for a while. I pay extra for gelish nail polish. It chipped the first day. I tried to give them a second chance but when I told them what happen they did not care and laughed it off. So I was getting my nails done again and paid extra for the gelish Polish and the next day once again it chipped. I don’t work and I have a dishwasher so it not like there was any heavy activity with my hands. It just bad service. I will no longer go here.

I went here today for the first and last time. I saw other good reviews so I thought I would give them a chance. First off, it was hot in there like their AC was not working well. I should have probably taken it as a sign and left when the seat would not move far enough forward for me to comfortably reach the platform where I had to set my feet(FYI — I am 5’2″). Others were offered a drink — I was not which would have been nice in the heat! Then the girl literally, because I counted after while, said 15 words to me the entire time. When she wanted me to take my foot out of the water or move it or something, she would just kind of wave and motion. It was like she expected me to be psychic and knew what she wanted me to do. I even asked her one time because I was confused, and she acted like she was annoyed that I asked her! I paid for the $ 46 pedicure, and I was in and out including drying time, in 30 minutes! I have never had a pedicure that quickly before! She barely spent any time making sure that my heels were nice and smooth, so I guess it’s a good thing my feet weren’t in bad condition when I went in there! Otherwise, they would not be much better, if any, right now! Oh and when I got home I noticed that she cut one of my big toes at an angle! I also noticed as I was getting into my car that there was lotion and scrub left on the back of my leg that she didn’t bother to wipe off. Needless to say, I feel robbed and could have done a better job myself! I just wanted to take a few minutes to relax and be pampered and this was not the place to go! So yeah, 7 Star Nails gets 1 star in my book!

I’m not one to write a review on a place but from my experience I just had I thought maybe I should. The place is called 7 star nail so I thought okay 7 star they must be at least classy and have very good service. WRONG. The lady at the front was very sweet and welcoming but the lady I believe her name started with an S. Maybe Shannon. She sat at the very last table to the far left hand corner. I sat down and she did not speak to me she just started chipping away at my nails very roughly. You could tell she had a big attitude, it was all over her face. She kept huffing and puffing. Never looked at me. When she finally got done taking off the old shellac she started on my cuticles and cut me several times and I thought about getting up and walking out because when I go get my nails done I don’t want to sit in misery. I go to get my nails done at good places to relax. Anyways she started to put the base coat on she asked what color and I told her French shellac. She got up came back looked at me and said«you’re gonna get your eyebrow done?» I told her no and she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth and the rest of the time she never looked at me again. She rushed thru everything so fast I’m sure I was there for no more than 20 minutes. When she was done she said okay thanks and I was like okay. I got up went to pay and I definitely did not tip her. Hell the lady at the front desk talked to me more than she did. I don’t recommend this nail place. The manager there needs to teach her customer service. I work at a major Houston hospital and if I had bad customer service like that I would be fired on the spot. Women want to feel relaxed at a nail salon not feel uncomfortable and rushed. P. S. Their prices match their name. Shellac French manicure — $ 35 with attitude lady that left my nails semi sloppy Nail Couture off fallbrook and jones rd by tonys pizza — Shellac French Manicure — $ 25 best service EVER, does not rush, and the lady knows you and even what you had done last time and the time before that.

I have been to this nail shop twice and I’m always in and out in no time. The people are always nice but they are way to expensive!

Nice people but expensive compared to other places. They charged me $ 45 for a refill on gel tips… that’s how much I had them put on for at a much better place… I asked for a price sheet and they said they were out of them. They are not great with designs either. Noone wanted to do my design… they argued in there language and one of them told me what was going on.

Shannon was very nice and did a great job! Shop was clean and not uncomfortably loud. Probably the best place I’ve been to-my nails look amazing! Definitely going back.

I was really excited about trying this place and I wanted to love it because if the reviews however I was very disappointed. The lady that did my nails was so nice and sweet and after she painted my nails, I noticed in one hand that it was not covered fully so I asked her to fix it and she was very nice about it. So she fixed it and then when I got Into my car I noticed several bubbles in the newly painted hand. I thoroughly dislike bubbles in my polish so it was very disappointing but thr lady was so nice.
