Although the pizzas. are good they never are hot and ready. I always have to wait 10 minutes for a classic pepperoni pizza. The pizzas are never cut right.

It is true. Everytime i come here, they never have hot and ready pizza or breadsticks available. But, for what it is, it is ok. The price is ok for the type of pizza you get. You can’t come here expecting anything but what getting what you pay for. I will come again

I am giving two stars because overall, this pizza is a very good deal for the price. However, the staff needs to be chosen much more carefully. Yesterday, for the third time, after calling in my order and explaining very carefully what I wanted, when I arrived, the order was incorrect. I had explained in detail multiple times on the phone that what I wanted was 2 deep dish pizzas, both pepperoni, and one of them with mushrooms. Nothing complicated. When I arrived, however I did not find these two pizzas. Instead, they gave me 4 pizzas, and the cashier said, «oh, sorry, I think they made a mistake on one of them.» Are you serious? I could not have been more clear in my explanation on the phone, which I had to repeat a couple of times because the worker had difficulty understanding English. As an English teacher, I have sympathy for newcomers to the States who struggle with English, but if your job is to understand customers’ orders, you need to have the appropriate level of English skills. Why should we, the paying customers, I have to suffer for management’s poor decisions?

This location seems to have poor reviews, but I wanted to say thank you to the nice cashier. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, but it was a super sweet Caucasian girl with hot pink lipstick. She was the nicest thing ever, even though it was packed. Keep grinding. You’ll go far, girl!

I Don’t like it unless it’s very well done and it takes at least 15 minutes sometimes it’s cold and one time I got a pepperoni pizza I didn’t opened until I got home it had a fly on it

Again, go into Little Screw ups and they can’t get my order right. How hard is it to make a deep dish with sausage and a deep dish pepperoni? Damn and they want 15 dollars an hour

Went in to pick up 2 Hot N Ready pepperoni pizzas and was told they weren’t ready and I had to wait 5 – 10 min. Why are they called Hot N Ready then? Thus location sucks! Last time I was here I ordered a pepperoni pizza, went home, and about 30 min later I opened it and received a cheese pizza. Went back to tell them and they switched it but put the cheese pizza back to resell. No apology or compensation at all.

This place has gotten better. I used to hate coming here and getting an attitude from the cashier. Came in today and was greeted with a smile and acknowledged in a professional manner. Went in and out in 1 minute. I just wish that they would hire someone to be in the front at all times instead of going back and forth. Watching Someone handle money and then go make pizzas is a little off putting.

Upped the price to $ 8.50 for an additional topping a.k.a «Custom Pizza» $ 5 hot n ready pizza just turned into $ 8.50 + additional toppings +tax. Comes out to $ 10 something. (charging $ 11 is borderline obsurd. Especially when theirs no craftsmanship in the making of the dough or sauce,… or ingredients.) And there’s always that chance of the order being forgotten or made incorrectly. See ya Tom, don’t let money consume your life. p. s. mini hot dog crust Pizza

Purchased pizza for someone else. Two starts because the cashier was also the same person making and boxing pizzas. Another employee(male) was working however, as I stood waiting to be served, no acknowledgement from either one.

only reasong I go here is because its close to my home. its a 50⁄50 chance of whether you get a decent pizza. sometimes they are hot and fresh and decent, other times you can tell they’ve been sitting in the warming oven for a long time and are crap. Customer service there is always terrible and it seems like since they got new computers and new credit card machines they raised their prices.

Hot and ready? Please! Took them over 15 minutes to make a single, plain cheese pizza. Kenia, the cashier was rude as hell. She seemed miserable and if that’s the case, maybe she shouldn’t work there. I hate coming to this location and the only reason I did was because I had just got off work and didn’t feel like making dinner. Obviously I should have, I would have been able to avoid the nasty attitude, long wait and crappy ass pizza.

Little Caesars pizza is decent pizza for the price. But this location has gone downhill badly over the past year coming to my last pizza I will ever buy from this location last Tuesday. Stopped in around dinner time to get two pizzas and an order of Italian cheese bread. Order and pay as usual, service was eh. It’s never great here anyways but I have learned to ignore the attitudes of the employees. Pick up the pizzas, get home, and open the boxes. This is where it goes wrong. First pizza– deep dish pepperoni– lacking in sauce. Italian cheese bread is HARD and room temp, and covered in way too much cold Parmesan. Not fresh at all and probably hours old. It should have been thrown out. The biggest offender is the most disgusting, unacceptable«pizza» I have ever gotten in my history of buying from Little Caesars. A bacon pizza, but it’s covered in a ¼ inch layer of Parmesan everywhere and a ton of oil. So much Parmesan it was inedible, I’m talking so much there are mounds and little balls of it. a mass of salty cheese powder and grease. This solidified that I will never return to this location ever again. Thanks but no thanks. Being from Michigan I know what«real» Little Caesars should taste and look like and this is NOT it at all. Re-train the staff and clean it up or shut it down.

Went on my lunch to buy wings and cheese bread. Paid cash. Cashier walked directly to the wing station and grabbed a handful of wings, placed them on a tray and cooked them, THEN came back and cashiered again. Unnecessary.

Oh the home of the pizza pizza. This place need to really broaden their toppings to people that don’t eat pork besides veggies and cheese. They say they have beef but every time I go there they say they are out. This location always has a line inside and out.

I don’t want to give a bad review because I typically have a good experience and usually in and out, no problems and for $ 5 when you’re broke you can’t really complain. However this last experience left me feeling very unhappy. First there was a line out the door-that’s not my complaint, that just shows how great they are… my complaint is that WHILE there was a line out the door, people out in the rain, the lady at the register was having a conversation with the person at the register. Not an order related conversation, personal conversation that shouldn’t happen when people are waiting! I have never waited so long, even when they were busy. Then when we go to eat our pizza, it’s barely cut, we had to rip all of the pieces because we were not at home to eat it. I’ll come back with a better review when my service is actually better than 3 stars.

Hey, as a teacher, you can’t beat their $ 5 large one topping pizza with eight slices when you need to feed a whole class for a special event. This location has always come through for our school, so hats off to them and their extremely well priced pizza which is always ready and hot when we pick it up. The pizza actually pretty good for a chain and quick prep pizza.
