If I can give zero stars I would! I ordered 4 bouquets for Mother’s Day this year and unfortunately event creations had to design the most important bouquet for my mom… when ordering from ftd… My address automatically chose this location since we live in spring valley. I spent a little more on my moms flowers and was very disappointed on the presentation of the flowers. The flowers literally looked like it was arranged by a five year old who cut it from outside and just placed in a glass vase. I called to complain. And they wanted me to drive out to them so that they can fix it. Soooo why did I pay 30 dollars to have it delivered??? Second she came to pick it up to fix the arrangement … And brought it back the same way… Stating… If u want vote filled. U need to pay more… There were plenty of flowers in the vase— I just wanted to be more rounded and presentable. Never again will order and will tell everyone about their poor service
