After living here for almost five years and moving recently from a one-​bedroom apartment to a three-​bedroom townhouse, we’re very happy. We highly recommend!
We’ve been through some «interesting» times here, but Shanna brings an amazing passion for the job and she’s very thorough — very critical for this role. I also work with federal rules/​requirements in a different industry so I completely understand Shanna’s heavy responsibility. Yet, she manages to carry it out with care and concern and we appreciate everything she did for us to facilitate such an unbelievably smooth transfer.
Matt is SO super helpful and always on time. He’s very knowledgeable on all things «house maintenance», which is extremely valuable and very admirable. Matt is an incredible asset and the management company needs more like him!

Wow a day after i finish my application and giving them $ 280 $ 80 for credit check and $ 200 for holding deposit. I called to let them know to stop application because i got approved somewhere else. Shanna decides to tell me that my $ 200 could not be returned and was forfieted even though it was only the day after i turned in paperwork and my application was not fully processed yet. I never got a call to let me know whether i got approved or not. But instead a big f you ill keep your money even tho we havent fully processed your application and havent told you if you got approved or denied. Do your self a favor and Dont rent here staff maybe nice and welcoming but they will keep your money they get a few different appliactions for same property so they can keep $ 200 holding deposit. This is not a trustworthy place.

Absolutely the worst management. Shanna was very nice during showing of apartment and while signing lease but since then she had had nothing but attitude. Constantly closing the leasing office and does not return phone calls. Extremely long and drawn out process to get things fixed because office staff is not putting in work orders for maintenance to start work. Maintenance staff is good and friendly. Grounds are nice and well kept and apartment is nothing special and overpriced.

If you want to do yourself a favor, never rent at this place. The management is the worst we’ve seen in many years of renting experience. They take months to fix a problem if they ever fix it. Most of the time they tell you that you can move out if you’re not satisfied. Many areas are dirty. Neighbors don’t respect each others, some are very noisy and management won’t do anything. Expect a big increase at the end of your lease. This is managed by the FDC Management company, only interested in your money, without any consideration for their customers. See here:

Do yourself and your pockets a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE! The onsite property management is horrible rude and very unprofessional. They will find any reason to kick you out and keep your deposit. Not kid friendly
