Super terrible service, took 40 mins to get the hookah and we didn’t get checked on once. Went an hour waiting and asking for coals. Workers just kept talking to friends and regulars before the new guys. Way better places around the area. Last time we come here

The place is very cool, the hookah was amazing! The guys was realy cool too, very friendly! We had so much fun, drinkig a cold beer and playing a snooker. We loved the place!

First off, the pineapple head we got with the fruit roll up was excellent. Probably the best flavor I’ve ever had. But, the place was dirty. There was a huge spider and spider web on the inside window next to our couch. My GF and I had ants crawling all over us so we switched couches and still had ants on us. The tables were filthy and the couches felt like I was going to break through. Not very sturdy. The place has a great relaxing atmosphere, if I could have relaxed, and customer service was kinda slow. the guy working there is nice but very soft spoken and hard to hear. I didn’t like that he was puffing on our hookah as he was bringing it to us. Sure he gave us the mouth pieces but still the part where his mouth touched and where mine did was too close for me. He should have used a separate mouth piece. Not sure if I would visit again. Only getting 3 stars because of the delicious pineapple head. If it wasn’t for that, I would have given 1 star.

I love this place! It’s awesome with really friendly employees. Hookah flows and they have great to go bowls. Whenever you are here they always make sure you have coals. Everyone, employees and customers, make you feel welcome. Definitely my favorite spot.

I’ve been to a lot of hookah lounges in the past year but the overall service and quality hookahs at A1 hookah are phenomenal. Super great prices for orange bowls and alcohol and it has a very home like vibe everytime I’m there. Staff is super helpful and friendly there isn’t one complaint about this hookah bar !!! $ 3 beers and $ 15 hookahs all night …

Pretty awesome, well designed hookah shop in spring valley. As the hookah café’s continue on expanding, the owners are starting to listen to consumers’ needs and wants. Having said that, this place understands the whole smoking experience but maybe the place is a little too dark? I don’t know just saying. I stopped by this place me and brother in law just when it opened up around 5pm. We picked up a nice pineapple bowl to install on our hookah at home. We were planned to smoke at home, so this place offers (to go) bowls which I love just like I love having my burger to go.
The price is extremely comfortable and affordable. They also have other bowls i.e. orange, apple etc… So if your near by and just want to grab and go, this is the place to stop by. Or if you just wanna dine-​in that works too, because they made it well comfortable too also sit and smoke inside. So either way, I think you will be fully satisfied.

I’ve only been here once but I really like this place so far! The place itself is cute looking and the seats are super comfy. The girls bathroom is cute too. They play good music too and my hookah was super smooth. I will be coming here again soon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE A1. Endless flavors, amazing service, best music all day long, always have a great time! Definitely my go to hookah lounge. The best in San Diego. DJ nights on special occasions, a pool table and great selection of beer and snacks.

The seating arrangements @ this lounge make it cozy. There are areas where a party of 8+ can sit which is a plus in my book. They also serve alcohol, ++++!!! The only reason this place loses a star is because customer service is inconsistent; a little inconsiderate on cleaning out areas and a little slow on the coal distribution.

This place is the only place i will ever go to when im craving a hookah! There selection of flavors is untouchable! They have flavors you cant find anywhere else such as fruit roll ups and white gummy bear. Hookah heads or orange head there both cheap and like NEVER burn out. Ive never had sucha smooth and tasty flavored hookah. Seriously i am commited to this place, ill never spend my $ else where

This place is great. They have very good orange heads as well as other fruit heads and there service is great. I was greeted by a waitress and was walked to our Table. The prices are great and they have a great selection of beer and awesome cocktails. I would definitely recommended this place to anyone 18 and up. There hours are 11am to 3am and on weekend they have bar tenders and also have DJ nights.
