I’m not one to write negative reviews, but this place is unprofessional, heed my warning, but if you really must go, good luck. I’ll keep it short & simple, this place isn’t what you would call a reputable«dealership»

Ok, so I was only shopping. But normally, shopping for a used car at anything besides a personal seller, the sales guys give me a near break down. Not«Sam.» I was there for hours, and never felt pressured to follow anything but my own timetable. For the shopping experience, Sam and Quality Motors used car lot gets 4 stars. First off he was easy to get a hold of, always answers the phone. Open on Sunday(yes, some used car places only open 6d/wk.) Never, never intimidated, shamed or pressured me. Answered all questions as best able. Has a good understanding of all cars, can explain where his cars come from, what he knows, what he doesnt know. The lot: Disappointing in most ways: overgrown, leaking lawn hoses spraying. Cobwebs on cars. Some without charged batteries. Mine with no gas, low water and maybe low oil(oil pressure light came on, on a car Sam said he drove several times.) The sell: Basically let the price and the car sell itself. Sam knows his inventory, knows what might work for me in my specs. On lot inspection, and test drives no hassle. What DID surprise me is the less than gracious allowance of having my mechanic check car… Seems like they think any Nearby mechanic should serve me. Nah, I prefer my own, not your friends on Jamacha rd. The selection: as previous posters’ stories tell — let the buyer beware. I think you should expect deficiencies with low priced cars, and you should investigate thoroughly prior to purchase. If seller doesnt allow, then you walk. These guys are out to turn a buck on auctions… Know this. Consumers! Know what it means to buy ASIS from a used car lot.
