Domino’s Pizza

We pre-​ordered two pizzas yesterday. There was one pepperoni and two bacon chicken pizzas on our order. This order was placed at noon to be delivered at 3 PM. Our order showed up at 315, and it was not correct. There was one pepperoni pizza and two specialty chickens. We informed the driver that this was not what we ordered. He started to argue that it was what we ordered and said he was just having a bad day. He then said he would be right back with our correct order. Forty-​five minutes passed and we still didn’t have our pizzas. We decided to call. They said that we had many orders in front of ours so we would have to wait a while. We ended up finally getting a refund. This is the second time that this has happened to us with this Domino’s. Needless to say, we will not be ordering here from them again. Their customer service skills are lacking.

The service at this Domino’s is spot on. The staff is polite and professional, and the pizza was ready for pick up in 15 minutes.

This is our new favorite pizza place nearby! We always have it delivered and they are here SUPER fast! About 15 minutes. The pizza is always hot and amazing! This is the only place we will be getting our pizza from from now on!

This particular Domino’s means business! I’m not sure if it’s a requirement (which would be extreme) to run from the store to their cars but these guys do. I live right across the street and every time I drive through the parking lot, someone is running to their car with pizza in hand. We order from these guys once in a while through the app and our pizzas are ready in ~10−15 mins. Great customer service as well!

I’ve almost always had a great experience with this store. The delivery drivers have always been great and on the few times they have forgotten something, they always speed back to make it right. And very generous with toppings

This particular Dominos is spot on with customer service. We placed an order online yesterday and went to pick it up. Somehow the pizzas were sticking to the pizza screens, so they had to re-​make them. This set us back an additional 15 minutes or more so they threw in a medium pizza for free. (We were headed for a short road trip).
I had to go in to get it after my husband had to run one of the children to the restroom. They explained everything to me with a smile,(even though I had already been updated by my hubby) and apologized for the inconvenience. Not once did they make me feel that I had done something wrong, like most employees that mess up do. Great pizza and great service.
reserving one star because we had the Large Carryout 2 topping special for $ 5.99 and they were skimpy on the cheese even though the pizzas were pretty much cheese pizzas with 2 toppings being additional cheese blends. THe mushroom with onion was great though. Even though the medium 6 cheese was free, it too was skimpy on cheese. Usually the 6 cheese pizza is loaded with cheese and flavor. We didn’t complain to them though we were just thankful to have our food hot and ready to go. When we order these at the regular $ 7.99 weekday price, the pies have more cheese.

Order online for pickup…
This place is great as long as you order online and pickup to go. If you go inside and order, you’ll be waiting forever. Calling can be frustrating too because they are so busy around dinner time, it’s difficult to place an order. It is hit and miss whether the staff is great or not when you go in. Sometimes they are wonderful and sometimes I feel like I’ll never get pizza there again. But living this far out… there’s not a lot of choices.

Fastest pizza making I’ve seen. Great deals. Messed up our order once and comped us with a free pizza and didnt charge us for that one when it was just the wrong crust. Good spot!

wonderful, fast, hot food…
delivery is quick. had a problem with the spring st dominos. and the ray rd took care of it. yea ray rd dominos!
so if you are looking for hot, fast good food…
and NOT get ripped off… go to the ray rd store in spring lake!
