Wow. Planning my entire wedding has been easier and less stressful than dealing with this company. If you don’t want to deal with terrible customer service before your wedding, DONOTBUYTHEIRPRODUCT! I ordered my sparklers about a month ago, and I have yet to receive them. First, they sent it to the wrong address. After several emails of sorting out my address, they sent it again. It has been a MONTH and I still have not seen them. My wedding is in a week, and I’ve asked for them to send it again. Their response? We can put a claim through Fedex and you MIGHT receive it in 18 days. Yes, way after my wedding is when I want them. Thank you. Please go through another site. They are the worst. I’ve never had so much trouble with ordering something online in my life. People are normally very accommodating, they are not.
