Love love there white pizza!!! However, Delivery takes forever had to call and cancel because it was already going over an hour waiting. There is someone I spoke with a lady who was rude when asked about delivering she insisted she was not going to have her driver deliver a small pizza because it would be a waist of time for the driver? Ugh really? That’s there job… what happen to friendly customer service?

Amazing margarita pizza! Highly suggest getting that pizza. It is a small place, but with big tasting pizza. I crave this pizza!

Good food but literally every single time we order takeout there’s an issue! They need to get some better people answering phone, taking orders correctly, listening, yes actually listening to what the client is ordering rather than whatever the hell it is they’re currently doing(texting on her iPhone, applying her lipgloss, having another conversation while I’m the one on the phone trying to have a conversation with her trying to place my order so it arrives accurately, which it never, ever does). In the past things like seeded rolls for our hoagies which we’ve requested(and I’ve never asked but maybe we’ve been paying for the upgraded roll every time) on our order never arrive; rather non-seeded rolls. We specifically tell the girl«please make sure to put the hoagies on seeded rolls»…and we repeat this now multiple times… she still screws it up! Today, I called and spoke with Ashley and I spoke very slowly, clearly and loudly(because God forbid if you don’t do that for young kids in today’s world because they’re always preoccupied with something else, yes, even when they’re working) gave her the order not once, but twice… she then asks me «so what was the first part of your order again»!!! Really honey, is your damn job that difficult and demanding. No it’s REALLY not… then when I ask her how she doesn’t remember what I told her for the first part of the order she has the balls to say to me «you’re being rude»…Let me tell ya something sweetheart, if you can’t do this job you’ll never make it in the real world, ever. How about next time listen, pay attention to detail and focus on the client who is ultimately paying your salary. In addition, the last part of the order we asked for a hoagie with just meat and cheese and I absolutely repeated myself at least 2 – 3 times … Guess what, it shows up with everything on it. I have had it with this place. I’m done. I have given them too many chances to prove themselves and it just never happens. Ultimately, until they can get some customer service people in there who actually care and take pride in their work it’s not gonna change.

I used Tony Roni’s in Spring House to cater my company’s Holiday Party this year. The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. The delivery and set up was done in a professional and pleasant manner. The food was beyond phenomenal. Everyone was raving about it. I heard from many that they couldn’t believe a «pizza joint’ could put out such amazing, high quality, food. They were really impressed. I definitely think we will be using Tony Roni’s in the future for our catering needs. I really can’t say enough good things about how everything went. Thank you!

Over an hour for delivery. — and still no pizza. At some point, they should tell the truth — 45 mins is less than 60 — and, warn customers that the delivery might take longer than anticipated. Below mediocre.

I e-mailed Tony Roni’s because I needed a catered lunch for 50 people for my office. Allison was able to help me with everything and I loved that I was able to communicate through e-mail. It made it easier for myself and my boss who needed to pay for the catered lunch. They even offer a set up fee which I think is worth it! $ 40 for all paper ware, utensils, sternos, wire racks, etc. It was great!!! We ordered a ton of food: 3 types of salads(caesar, garden, anti-pasta), meatballs, sausage and peppers, classico chicken, penne with sauce, baked ziti, tomato pie & Stromboli tray, cookies, brownies, and sodas!!! Everything was a big hit!!! My favorite was the salads and classico chicken. The Stromboli was delicious as well! We got to pick two: Italian Meats and Cheesesteak! All the food is gone, people even went in for seconds. Allison and her team did a wonderful job. The guy who delivered the food was able to set everything up in a timely manner and he was early! This is much appreciated. We definitely plan on using their catering services in the future!

second rate pizza shop who gave my 3 year old daughters slice of pizza to another customer after it was ordered. We have been loyal customers for 10 years and will NEVER set foot in this store again. Your poor customer service is just not something we will tolerate.

Best spot in the area for a quick lunch. They offer a loyalty program so every 10 lunches you get one, and it adds up quickly with how addicting their slices are. The buffalo chicken and honey Dijon pizza are both phenomenal and can’t be missed. All in all a great lunch spot.

I go to Tony Roni’s a lot! Whenever I walk into TR’s, I am always greeted with a casual«hello» or «welcome» from one of the pizza chefs or employees. In terms of the food, I think it is very good. As of now, I haven’t been let down once. The tomato pie is extremely good and I would recommend that to anybody. Sometimes the service isn’t that great and occasionally someone is rude, or not as friendly as I would like, but, yeah. Overall, I would recommend Tony Roni’s for a tasty, cheap lunch or dinner.

I like the salad with the home made pasta and grilled chicken at Tony Roni’s in willow grove. I used to get that salad at least once a month. I had recently moved to chalfont and my wife told me there was one not too far from our house. She brought home that salad for me, I’m not a picky eater by any stretch of the imagination, I can’t believe how terrible it was. The chicken was soooo bland and soooo rubbery, I had to pick it out of the salad… disappointed.

Today me and a friend walked into here and this very nice man made us feel welcomed. He took our order and then we sat down. The man really was nice! After about 10 mins our food came out and it was great. I got a cheesesteak and fries. It was very yummy!

Horrible service is all I have to say. The food isn’t even good enough to make up for the lack of customer respect. When I asked what the soup of the day was, the female brunette cashier pointed to the board and said«It’s over there» in a rude and condescending tone. While ordering, she kept saying«what else do you want» with glazed eyes as if she wanted to get it over with. The food was alright, nothing special. The pizza was large and hot but not as cheesy. Overall a 3 for food and a 1 for service.

RUBBERYRIPOFF. We stopped going to this Tony A’s two years ago when we witnessed a cook picking up food which fell on the floor and using it on a pizza. That same week our neighbor witnessed them spraying Windex(over a pizza!!) to clean the display case glass. No more food from there we said. Well, now two years later we thought we’d give it another chance. We had a $ 2 Unilocal coupon to further motivate us. I go in to pick up the ordered pizza, show them the Unilocal coupon on my phone, and they proceed to mark it as «used». They then wanted to charge me $ 1 more than the price quoted over the phone! When challenged they said if I wanted to use the Unilocal $ 2 coupon they couldn’t apply the«Tuesday nite $ 3 discount».(So why did they invalidate the Unilocal coupon?) UNBELIVABLE! So much for the value of the Unilocal coupon.(I paid the«Tues night» price.) Now for the worst part: The pizza was rubbery and undercooked. So, for my efforts at giving them a second chance I’ve been rewarded with incredibly unethical people serving poor quality food(and probably with the same unsanitary methods). Next time I expect a banner over the shop: «WELCOMEBACKSLOWLEARNER».

I tried this place on Saturday after reading rave reviews. Lots of people mentioned the buffalo chicken cheesesteak and how good it was, so as a huge buffalo-anything fan, I gave it a go. I was pretty disappointed. The sandwich wasn’t that big– I was still hungry afterwards. The lack of buffalo flavor really annoyed me. In my opinion, it was basically chopped up chicken with with cheese on it. If you like buffalo chicken and you order this sandwich, I would recommend getting extra sauce. My boyfriend got the Italian Boli. It was kind of small and to me, tasted kind of funny. Almost like the dough was undercooked. Not sure if I would go out of my way to try Tony Roni’s again.

Giving 5 stars for pizza is tricky. There are a lot of good pizza places, but not many great ones. For what it is, a strip mall eatery, Tony Roni’s is truly excellent. Whether you get traditional pizza, tomato pie or a sandwich, you can’t go wrong. My fav thing to do is jam a few pieces of the free sample tomato pie in my mouth while I’m waiting to order. :D Speaking of Tomato pie, theirs is much different from Corropolese. TRs is thinner and crispy-bottomed while Corropolese is more like a soft sicillian. Both are excellent, but the two are like apples and oranges. For sandwiches, I’ve had great luck with the buffalo chicken cheese steak. Good stuff. The staff is friendly and thankful for your business. Something that is oddly missing from most restaurants. So if you’re looking for a quick inexpensive lunch or dinner with no frills… Tony Roni’s should fit the bill.

They definitely make a great tomato pie! I’ve only been here twice — both times to get the«Sinatra» tomato pie for takeout — and both times the pie was terrific and the ladies and gents working behind the counter very friendly. Prices are great as well, so, they nail the takeout trifecta. Recommended.

My favorite local pizza spot. The pizza is great(of course — it would not be a top spot with average pizza) but the the other items on the menu are really good too. My favorite is the White Pizza. For the non pizza options: Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak — Really good Fries — Excellent Hoagies — Take your pick Definitely a must visit spot in Spring House!
