Norman Graulich, DMD PC

Growing up I always had dental work done. Some traumatic events lead up to a major surgery that basically scarred me forever– at least I thought. I never thought I could trust a dentist until I went to Dr. Graulich. My biggest fear was drilling and not being numb enough. He made sure my mouth was taken care of pain free and efficiently. He also fit me in very last minute considering I was leaving for LA the next morning. With the extremely flexible schedule and incredible service, I would never go anywhere else. Not to mention, the office is very updated with the latest technologies and is extremely clean. The staff is incredibly nice as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Graulich.

I am a nurse and very picky about dental care. This is a wonderful office– clean, friendly, professional. I have been coming here since they first opened. They accept most insurances and have an easy location as I have moved a couple times since I first started coming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental care.

I started going to this dentist a few years ago and have been completely pleased with the service and care I’ve received there since that time. The office itself is conveniently located on Bethlehem Pike and the private lot provides plenty of parking. Both the waiting room and treatment rooms are clean and modern. I think one of the nicest things about the practice is that it seems to be very up-​to-​date in terms of technology, but it’s not over the top and the prices that they charge seem to be in line with what my dental insurance is willing to pay. I say this because I left my last practice after every regular visit I seemed to end up paying overages that the insurance would not cover. Dr. Graulich’s practice just seems so much more honest and reasonable to me.
I recently had a small dental emergency the day before Christmas Eve at 2:30 in the afternoon. While the office was set to close at 3:30 that day, they agreed to squeeze me in. My «emergency» ended up being nothing, but I really appreciated that they were able to accomodate me so that I wouldn’t have to deal with a potential problem over the holidays.
Finally, and this should have probably gone up closer to the top of review, the staff at Dr. Graulich’s office is awesome. They all seem to genuinely enjoy what they do and greet you with a pleasant and professional attitude at all times. It’s so nice to get such a consistently wonderful level of service here. I definitely recommend this practice!
