Ambler, PA
This spa on Bethlehem Pike, just north of Ambler is very special. It has a complete list of services– spa treatments of many kinds, comfortable and spacious facilities. There is an area in the front reception where they just do foot massages, which is great if you don’t have that much time, or just want to pamper your feet after a hard day without changing out of your street clothes.
The facility is brand new and the treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. They play a kind of Zen music so you feel transcended to somewhere in Asia or other exotic location.
Ownership is local, not a chain, and I was told, their second location. You have to plan on spending an hour and a half for an entire treatment. I loved every minute and will make it my reward once a week for being true to my workout schedule at our local Ambler YMCA. Its an terrific experience I’m convinced I deserve!
