Way Classy

After calling ahead the day before and asking about policies and what items were accepted, I drove down 30 miles to have a girls day with a friend and get rid of some clothes that are too young for me now that I am almost 30.
I went in with my friends and 2 year old son. He was quietly sittng on my hip as we went into the store. The woman behind the counter stuck her nose in the air as she went through my clothes. She told me «I’m going to have to turn down all of these, some of them (2 out of 12 items) are missing tags and they are older than 2 years old» I told her that i felt like that would have been relevant information to give when I called the day before and *asked* about policies. She rolled her eyes and said «Well we give you a brief summary over the phone. We don’t have time to go over the whole policy with you» Um can we say RUDE! Will not EVER be back and am spreading the word to other moms BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!!
