Seeklear Optix

My wife and I had to find a new eye doctor do to a change in insurance. At first we were very happy and thought we had found a new home. My wife has pretty bad vision at 9.0+ prescription, so regular exams are very important. I have moderately bad vision but have never had trouble. In the beginning we had a great experience. They were patient with us as we had to have a Saturday appointment and had a baby with us. we got our exams and ordered contacts. everything seemed okay until we went to get glasses (had to wait on money on a benefits card.)
We went back and got picked out frames, they were very helpful and explained everything well. Then the problems began. We both had to go back. My wife had a problem with her glasses were she had to look down to have things in focus. My problem was distance was just not clear and I could see out of my old scratched up glasses. They fixed them no questions asked except now I get horrible headache with in minutes of putting them on as if they are to strong and my wifes are not really safe for wearing while driving especially at night, she just cant see clear.
Now I gave two stars because I am sure some of this is our fault because we had to wait and did not follow up immediately but I still feel they should be able to get glasses right.
