I’ve traveled often and been to many coffee shops around the country but the experience I had at My Nanny’s was amazing!
I was in the area visiting family and pretty sure that the only option we had for breakfast was a chain restaurant but our family turned us in this local gem! The space is tiny and quaint but the minute you walk in, the servers make you feel like you’re family and have been going there for years like the locals have. I would give the service 6 stars if it were possible!
Now, the food… oh the food!!! We actually ate there several times while we were there and I tried something different every time and loved everything! The biscuits and gravy were the best I’ve ever had! I love my bacon crispy and they made it perfectly! Having been a server and manager at a restaurant I can be very picky but they met exceeded all of my expectations and kept the coffee flowing! I can’t wait to return on my next trip! Oh, and I’m hungry now!

This is the best breakfast in town. Go with Nani’s omelette all the way. Feta, spinach, herbs, tomatoes, and a host of other delicious fillings make a wonderful breakfast omelette. also, the coffee is way above average for a diner. I gotta say, the prices are ridiculously low. while other places have drifted into the eight or ten dollar range for breakfast, Nani will deliver that omelette for $ 6. Service is fast and attentive, so take some of that money you’re saving and give the waitress a good tip.

My Nanny ’ s restaurant is fantastic. Sausage gravy is wonderfully thick and flavorful! And the «Nanny ’ s Omelet» was wonderful! So flavorful and filling! Ended up going here two mornings in a row! If you are in the area. you would be remiss in not enjoying it. But it is very easy to miss on the road. Keep u our eyes peeled and you will thoroughly enjoy the experience!

i rarely go to the same place twice in one week, but, was dieing for a good fish dinner. this time was better than the first; although the first was very good. all u can eat fish, fries, and slaw, 6.99. went with a friend, we were both stuffed. i’m now a regular there!

I stated in an earlier review that My Nanny’s Restaurant was right next to the big dinosaur on Rte. 19 but it’s not. It’s a couple of blocks before it going South. Speaking of the South, the owner’s wife has a wonderful Southern Accent. It’s a Central Florida accent though. Well, Florida is as Southern as you can get. Her husband is Greek, so no wonder the food is so good! I had the all u can eat fish with French fries and Cole Slaw. It was delicious and you could have it breaded in flour or corn meal. Both were great. I liked the corn meal better. All the staff and waitresses are very friendly! BTW the fish was only $ 5.99!
They have other all I can eat specials. I will be back again soon!!!
