It is rare to find a healthcare provider that truly treats their patients as individuals and whose entire staff exhibits nothing but professionalism, compassion, and are incredibly knowledgeable in treating a wide range of injuries and problems. My family has found that at In Motion. I was never a fan of chiropractic because I always felt like it was just a temporary fix and didn’t like the expectation of needing to return forever. Several years ago, I was having significant issues with my lower back due to degenerative discs. It had plagued me since I’d had my last child six years before. Finally reaching the end of my rope, I went to Dr. Hawkins. He assessed me thoroughly, then told me he could fix the problem in four weeks with twice weekly visits. He proceeded to treat me in a manner completely different from the other chiropractors. When I left his office the very first time, my pain was so much improved that it brought tears to my eyes. He did fix my problem and in less time than he expected. Not only did he address the acute issue, he gave me exercises and tips to prevent it from occurring again and to strengthen my entire core and back. I continue to see him when a problem arises and have sent many family and friends to him, all who have achieved significant results. I’m not sure what the first reviewer experienced, but in the years I’ve been going to In Motion, I have heard them work with other patients’ financial issues over and over. I love Dr. Hawkins and his entire staff and would recommend them highly to anyone needing therapy for anything ranging from chronic and acute back and joint problems to sports injuries; their massage therapist is wonderful too!!!

After an accident I went here to get help for my back pain. I was told they would not bill me until after the settlement was completed since it was a car accident and I was not at fault.
I did get a little help and relief for my back pain at first it seemed, but after a couple weeks I saw no improvement in my pain at all, and any relief I had was only temporary after I had adjustments done. I was discharged still having severe pain.
The worst part was after the settlement was finished, they sent the bill to my attorney charging the highest full insurance rates they could, instead of the non insurance rates since I didnt have any. Ended up taking my whole settlement leaving me with nothing.
