James and his team of highly skilled workers repaired our basement after a heavy rain brought water inside. They assisted with coordination of disaster recovery services, painting, and carpet replacement. My wife and I are very happy with the result and the quick turnaround as we had a tight timetable.

I hired James again in April to prepare my house to sell. James successfully painted a 3200 square foot house, and replaced all the carpeting. He handled multiple small repairs that popped up during the pre-​inspection that I had done. He also handled a fairly serious and unexpected repair that ultimately involved the insurance company. James kept in regular contact with both me and my realtor and also dealt directly with my insurance company when he had to. Long story short, my house looks great, and I know I will maximize the return on my investment when I find a buyer. James is trustworthy, efficient, and communicates effectively. I moved out of my house before all the work was done and felt comfortable leaving everything in James’ hands. Again, can’t recommend James services highly enough, everything looks perfect.
