If i could give this location a negative star rating, I would. The people working were confused, disorganized, and arguing with each other. It appeared there was no manager onsite. The menu is pretty simple, so waiting over 25 minutes for an order is beyond ridiculous. After inquiring about our order, I was given a defensive attitude and excuses. So disappointing and this will impact my decision to ever go to Dunkin again, and this is not even my local store. Customer service(or the lack thereof) should not be tolerated by management or the franchise owner. Shameful.

Everybody knows what Dunkin Donuts sells, so this more a review of the service I received here today. I just wanted a «little somethin’, somethin’ «treat so I went to Dunkin Donuts for a couple Boston Creams. I tell the female cashier(initials C.A.) what I wanted and she just tosses my two Boston Creams in the bag with total disregard. One of my donuts landed upside-down, CHOCOLATESIDEDOWN! This has happened a few time lately between the two Dunkin Donuts in my area, so I have started checking before I leave, otherwise the chocolate sticks to the bottom of the bag. I mentioned this to the employee and with a very IMPERTINENT attitude and without making eye contact she grabbed my donuts back and put them in two separate, little bags and then basically TOSSEDTHEM back on the counter, UPSIDEDOWN!!! I turned the donuts over, right-side-up, but when I got home ALLOFTHECHOCOLATEWASSTUCKTOTHEBAG… IDIOTS!!! Attitude is everything, so I got NOTHINGGOODFROMDUNKINDONUTS today! **************UPDATE01/19/2016******************************** I sent the above to Dunkin Donuts Corp almost 3 weeks ago– I haven’t heard anything back, I guess they don’t care about their(former) customers!

Yesterday at approximately 7:10 pm we placed an order at the drive thru. Our cashier«Annette D» took our simple order«2 medium iced lattes»(both with flavors and milk and sugar) I informed her that I had a coupon for a bogo for buy one get one free latte. She repeated the order and said please drive up. Once paid for and driving off I realized I was charged for both. I parked the car and went in with a nice smile and explained the issue. Annette D came out of nowhere and said the latte machine is broken and I was not entitled to a refund and if I was then there was no manager on duty to refund anyway. Then why repeat the order Annette? Why were you so rude? In this case Annette was right not the customer. She really was ready for a fight. I just accepted that I was not going to argue with a snotty little girl. I hope the manager reads this as I am a nurse at one of the larger hospitals and my night crew spends a great deal of money each night.

This location is really busy during the mornings, and it seems to be that they are under-staffed. With a line of about 20 people, there was only one cashier working. However, despite the crowds and rude/impatient customers, the employees were very friendly with us. We ordered a dozen donuts, and they tasted fresh and delicious. Can’t speak to the drive-thru line because I’ve never used it, but it seems to move pretty quickly.

Everytime I go to this place they mess up my coffee. Today I order a large hot decaf extra cream 3 Splenda and a shot of vanilla swirl I get my coffee get down the road take a drink and there’s no cream. I hate Starbucks just wish there was another Dunkin Donuts in the area cuz this place sucks. And when I tried to call there to complain their phone doesn’t work ridiculous

Inaccurate orders are their specialty. My co-workers and I go here every day. At least one of the coffees is almost always wrong. Or the bagels are not toasted. The management in that store is beyond helpless. Very low pride in the workers. Avoid!

We sat here for like 2 hours filling out job applications with their free WiFi, so I’m sure the employees were tired of us after all of that. I’m not going to review a DD because they are all the same, but what is up with not being«allowed» to refill coffee into any cup that isn’t plastic? This is what is wrong with America. I have to throw away a styrofoam cup that I JUST drank out of and buy a whole new coffee and get another cup that I’m going to throw away a minute later. I’ve brought my travel mug into countless DDs before and no one ever said anything to me about that. It just bugs me when employees get all crazy about stupid rules. Is someone really going to get fired over pouring coffee into a styrofoam cup two times in a row? Don’t take your job so seriously, people. It’s not worth it for what they are paying you. But really, thanks for the WiFi and the A/C. That rocked.
