Bay Area Pools are fantastic. They are courteous, friendly, and reliable. They also go above and beyond. I had some wasp nests I didn’t know about and they removed them for me without me even asking. Also their non-​chemical treatment is safe and doesn’t smell. I never worry about my pool!

I was in customer service for over 30 years and have got to tell you… This company is THE BEST!!!
Bay Area Pool Service was recommended to me from a friend who lives in Tampa.
From my initial phone conversation with Patrick, I was impressed! He listened to my needs and came up with the solution immediately! He informed me that he was going to have a supervisor contact me on Monday, to set up an appointment, to evaluate my needs. Monday rolled around and sure enough, Wesley called me and asked if he could come over in about an hour. He showed up in under an hour and went to work! He set up another appointment for a technician to install the salt/​chlorine gizmo (lol) on the pump and sure enough, an extremely knowledgable gentleman showed up on Wednesday and figured out how to install the chlorinator/​salt generator on the pump. (Previous owners of the home had cobbled up the PVC piping to the pool and he fixed that too)!!
His name was Jason and he was awesome! He answered ALL my questions and left me feeling completely satisfied!
Since I moved into the home a few months earlier, I had been using Pinch-A-Penny…NEVER AGAIN! NEVER!
I had spent hundreds of dollars on «recommended» chemicals and treatments, from Pinch-​A-​Penny, and could not get the pool balanced properly. The longest I could keep the pool clear enough to swim in was about three weeks.
Now, with Bay Area Pool Service, they maintain the pool for me! ALL for about $ 50 a month! They supply the feeder and chemicals and come by every two weeks to make sure everything is okay! If I have ANY problems, I call and they come right out!
As I stated earlier, I was in customer service for over 30 years… So to satisfy me is really saying something. I am always critiquing customer service where ever I go. (it’s a curse) LOL!
I have NOTHING to complain about!
