Very clean, open space gym. 4 TVs just above the treadmills, bikes, and elliptical machines. The location is very convenient, just off of of Saturn Parkway. There are plenty of free weights, machines, and open space for just about any type of workout. The gym is open 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. Not the busiest location which often allows for peace a quiet with no one getting in your way during your workouts. Go get your sweat on!

I was a member at Anytime Fitness for about two years. The only reason I left was because I changed jobs and got a huge discount on a YMCA membership. During my time using Anytime Fitness, I enjoyed it. This location was always very clean and never over-crowded. The owner was a really nice guy and ran the place well. I run a lot and the only negative thing I have to say about this place is that I wish it had more treadmills and treadmills with a built-in TV. If you are using the treadmills you have to look up at an awkward(and probably unsafe) angle and it’s a bit awkward. Also during the«New Year’s Resolution» months, the treadmills fill up fast. But like I said, that’s my only gripe. It’s a great gym. PROS –Price –Clean –Nice Owner –Lots of equipment –Never over-crowded –Quiet –Tanning beds CONS –Needs more treadmills –No towels

I’ve been working out in middle TN gyms for 29 years now… I’m a regular there. They’re always open, very clean, have all the machines and weights I need and always attended to by the owner, Sam Fuller. A great guy who runs a crack operation!

Anytime Fitness is the nicest(and now the only, I think) gym in town… it’s open 24⁄7 via key fob and has cutting edge, clean equipment. Their prices are on the high side($ 60 a month for a couple, via bank draft), but it’s very convenient, always open and clean.

YES… there is actually a gym in Spring Hill open 24 hours! The town is futurizing! Anytime Fitness is independently owned and operated by a real nice older man. It’s actually open 24 hours 365 days a week… which is wonderful for weirdos like me who like to workout at 2 in the morning. The owner is a straight shooter who doesn’t B.S. you about the contract. Prices are fairly reasonable… I think it’s about $ 39 a person… cheaper for my husband and I since we signed up together. The contract is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. The gym is great… very clean and well spaced… not jammed together like other gyms. For being in a smaller lil strip mall, there’s plenty of cardio machines and all the smith machines you would need. They have trainers on site; however, there aren’t any fitness classes. It’s a straight up gym… The best part… and this just might be due to being in Spring Hill… no one is ever there past 9pm… vacant=nice private workout! Though this surprises me since Spring Hill was tied with Brentwood as being third most skinniest city in the country… hard to believe? I KNOW! Anyways…if you live in the area and want a no hassle gym membership, not as interested in fitness classes, enjoy the tranquility of a quiet workout, and like to go when YOUR schedule allows… this place is the one to check out!
