After Hours Limos

Had a living social deal. Driver was late, limo was dirty (glasses sticky, floor wet and trash in bins). Driver was not very accommodating, it almost felt like it was an inconvenience for us to be there. There were several customer service details that could have made it a better experience but, that didn’t happen. Good thing we were all with friends and having fun anyway.

We had a fun «Team Building» day with our staff — and Afterhours Limos made our day very special. Thank you for a great day.

This company is one of the most professional and accommodating I have worked with in terms of their field. Sherre was such a pleasure to work with and the driver’s were most professional and courteous. I had to use a professional transportation service to cheuffer high profile speakers for a conference I was planning and will use them again without hesistation. My grandmother is not doing well and we are not sure if this will be her last Christmas. She has wanted to see Christmas lights for so long, so I spent the last dime I had to book a Christmas Lights Tour with After Hours Limo. I booked the tour on November 25^th for December 13^th. The guy who made the reservation repeated everything back to me. Today was the day and I called an hour before he was supposed to be at the assisted living home to pick us all up to verify that they were coming. I was assured that they were on the way and have the directions to get there. So we were all sitting in the lobby waiting… and waiting… and waiting. When it was 5:15 (reservation time was 5), I called again. This time I was told yes, he’s on his way and then no, they had my reservation down for Saturday, not Friday. My family is busy and this was the only time before Christmas that we could all get together and do this. My grandmother was really looking forward to this and it was a complete disappointment. What a horrible business. They ruined my Christmas. I hope they close and soon. Avoid them like the plague. I didn’t even get an apology. What horrible people.
