I wish this was still Tom’s Quick Lube! I pulled up at 3:45 to get my oil changed. There were two lanes open, one car in each lane. I was next in line. I walked inside and more and more people started coming in. Feeling pretty happy I beat the rush, I started to notice the other lane moving much faster than the one I was in, not a big deal. I will wait my turn. It’s now 4:30 and I’m now the last one left from the first wave of people. There were 8 workers at this place and only one car was being taken care of at a time. I held my tongue until 4:45 when yet another person who had been waiting for maybe 5 minutes was being cashed out. I finally said something to the guy, not wanting to be that guy, but I had to! I was ready to just leave at that point! I asked them if there was an issue, are they out of oil, what. I just don’t understand why an oil change service takes over ANHOUR to change my oil! So after I finally said something my car was done in less than 10 minutes! Why did it take so quick when it had been sitting there for over 45 minutes? Am I missing something? The man could see where my frustration was coming from and gave me a $ 10 discount, which is a very nice thing to do but doesn’t erase the poor experience I had here. And if not to top it all off, they didn’t even put the sticker on the windshield. Will not be coming back. Don’t waste your time or money! Go elsewhere!

The slowest oil change service I’ve ever seen. I went by to get an inspection and never moved my vehicle for 30 minutes. It seemed like the workers were more interested in visiting with the guy in front of me than changing his oil and getting him out. I finally got tired of waiting and left. Express Lube is buying out all of the small competition, so I guess they don’t need to worry about customer service.

Great Service. Professional and dignified employees. They completed each task as promised. No short cuts! And the best part was they were so respectful to me. The Manager is excellent. I stopped going there when it was owned someone else but I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Will return and recommend to others.

I thought I was at my previous shop, Tom’s quick lube, there were no signs to tell me Tom’s was gone, only remodel of storefront could have been the hint. Slow service, seemed to be confusion about. Tom charged me $ 20 if I brought my own oil, I didn’t know it was express lube now, and I got shafted $ 39. Had to ask for window mileage sticker to be installed, windows on car were dirtier/worse than when I got there. not again
