Cell phones, internet. Always a headache.
But George Mareno, went above and beyond to help me with the customer service people. I would never have been able to work out the problems the big conglomerate posed to me.
So with George Mareno and Michael Haraz at this store… I will always go there. They really do have the best interests of the customer in mind.

I have been with verizon for last 15 years
Been to other store before but never an easy transaction at those locations
This place has been my go to place for all my cell phone needs
Service is always excellent and with a smile

The time it takes to help a client in this store is terrible. There are two registers and usually 1 or 2 and 1 or 2 people working at a time. If the employees are helping others then you’ll be standing around like a dummy for a long time and won’t be even greeted. If you are going in to buy an accessory, which should be an in and out deal then it may be fast, but it may take a half hour. I’ve walked out of here a few times, terrible experiences.
