I got the worst service I’ve ever received tonight at this location. No customer service what so ever I was astonished. I pulled up and was greeted to «what can I get you» and when I told her what I’d like I got a cool that’ll be 3.75. that was it. For someone who works in customer service herself, I know what the bare minimum you should give is.

I used to be a Starbucks addict. And now I realize how much better coffee can taste!
I used to always go to the Evergreen location but so glad the South Hill finally has one! (Time to head to the Northside!) Amber (I think she is a manager?) is so fantastic and has trained the crew well, I don’t know how they remember 4 – 5 cars’ worth of drinks at a time.
The drinks are always delicious. They have 3 «specialty drinks» that are fantastic, standard coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and even delicious breakfast bagels. The service is top notch — my drink is ready for me by the time I get to the window to pay, which is great since I am always running late!
