I got my nose pierced here. Heaherann was great and very friendly. She talked me through the steps that she was going to take and also how to care for the piercing. She also gave me suggestions on other piercings in my ear I could get if I ever wanted to get another ear piercing. The back room where she does the piercing is super clean. I will go back when I want a new piercing.

I absolutely love the shop… very clean and friendly staff! Jeremy Youngman did an amazing job on my wrist tattoo! My husband and I will be going back to see Jeremy for his tattoo! (The only thing I didn’t like was the homeless people on the corner, they kinda scared me) If you are in the market for a great tattoo go see The Missing Piece Tattoo!

This shop is awesome! My girlfriend and I came to Spokane to spend a week here and stopped by the shop so her sister and her could matching tattoos. Ben was super friendly, very helpful with helping my girlfriend pick the font she wanted and even though he was a week or two out with appointments snuck us in before we left back to Puyallup. If you are in Spokane, Cheney or the surrounding area I highly suggest stopping by this shop and getting your work done!

I havent even got my tattoo yet and they have excellent and very helpful customer service. They also keep there facebook page updated. Which is cool, because you can check out whats going on in the shop and showcase the artists work.

These guys have experience! The interior is great and the best in spokane by far. This is not a shop that will take your money or screw you over. If you want quality piercings or tattoos, come here. You pay for experience, quality, and great customer service. I will always recommend them! This shop lives and breathes their work and it shows, on everyone who gets their work done here.
