If you would like to be double billed for every procedure, this is the place to go! Inland Imaging received payment in full from my insurance, but that hasn’t deterred them from continuing to bill me for the same charge. After five phone calls to their incompetent billing department trying to fix the situation, I reported them for fraud.

Went in a little early for my appointment and after checking in they got me in ahead of schedule, which was great considering the pain i was in. The Staff was super friendly, and hospitable. I even got the results from my CT in quick and they had already called the ER and alerted them that i was on my way.

We have been to the Northtown area Inland Imaging, the Cowley St location and the location at the Sacred Heart Doctors Building. We have never gotten anything but the best in service. They are on time, explain everything they are doing and do an excellent job. Would recommend them anytime to anybody!

Terrible scheduling staff that gave me the runaround and told me contradictory information everytime I called. Ask your physician to use Kootenai Imaging in CdA instead.
