Dan the Window Man

Well I wish I could give a better review. I needed someone to help with Christmas light hanging. In the Spokane area there is either Dan or Senske. I figure «Dan the window man» was the local choice and I like supporting the little guy. So I called and they told me Dan would be out to give me an estimate the next day. Fair enough. I was pumped. Alas no estimate the next day. Ok, maybe he just didn’t make it. Well after a week I called back to check on the status. I was told that Dan in fact had come to give me an estimate… really? Ok. But turns out he doesn’t have time so they referred me to Senske… Needless to say Senske showed up, provided an estimate and has been nothing but professional. Not sure about the window cleaning part. But no estimate, no call backs, and can’t even provide advertised service… Sorry, Dan 1 star for you.
