Magical Castle Vacations

Planning your first Disney trip is extremely overwhelming, and Katherine’s knowledge and organization made it easy. She took care of us every step of the way and helped us plan the perfect vacation for our family. Katherine then helped us cancel the perfect vacation when our area was hit with a blizzard, and all flights were grounded for days. Katherine was on the phone with me at starting at 4 am to rearrange, reschedule, and most importantly reassure. She spent hours making sure that we wouldn’t have to forfeit too much of our money or carefully laid out plans to recreate the trip we had previously prepared, this time with only 3 weeks notice.
Katherine planned not one, but two trips to Disney/​Universal for my family and there just are not enough appreciative adjectives to describe how satisfied we have been with our experience so far.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and added to our costs with FALSE information and demands. We were in the middle of an adoption when we planned our Disney cruise. Katherine Schutte absolutely insisted (and placed huge urgency) on our providing her copies of the passports, a large expense for 6 children but even larger with expedited passports, court fees, and stress and hassle of getting the passports under her deadlines in the middle of an adoption.
While there may be good reasons to have passports, we were infuriated to discover the it was NOT a requirement by U.S. law or Disney Policy as Katherine lead us believe.
She also emailed confidential information such as credit card info WITH the 3 digit sec code, birthdate, and cardholder name to all the attendees in our cruise/​reunion!

Planning a Disney World Vacation can be completely overwhelming. There are so many things to consider… Advance Dining reservations, fast passes, special occasion celebrations. Katherine helped me every step of the way. I had numerous questions which she answered right away. She booked my fast passes, dining, my daughters first haircut at Harmony Barber shop, Pirates League, rented my stroller, among many other things. She was always helpful, always a delight to work with. I will never book a vacation with anyone else!
