Willows at North End

My husband and I stopped in for a tour and was pleasantly surprised! The office/​club house was lovely with a very up to date décor scheme. We were greeted by a very friendly young woman named Liz who showed us around the clubhouse starting with the business center with two computer stations for tenant use, a open kitchen for their many tenant functions, and several seating areas complete with a gas log fireplace and a Keurig coffee maker. Next we went thru the cardio fitness room with up to date treadmills, ellipticals, and flat screen tv. She walked us over to the model apartment by way of the large sparkling pool with two gas grills and plenty of comfy looking pool furniture. The model was a two bedroom unit which was beautifully decorated and very spacious in feel. Liz told us about all the amenities, answered all our questions, and patiently smiled while we poked around every bit of the model.
After our tour she explained that ground floor one bedroom units were a rarity to come available and she currently had nothing opening up but offered to put us on a waiting list. She took our information, gave us her business card and a brochure along with the pricing information. We drove around the complex and noted a car washing bay, a walking trail, a playground area, a volleyball court, and lots of lovely landscaping. We were very impressed by the overall appearance of the complex, the professionalism and friendliness of the property manager Liz, and the layout of the units.
Less than a week later I received a call from Liz telling me that a ground floor one bedroom unit had unexpectedly came open due to a tenant having to move «asap» and would we be interested. Of course we were! We’ve been daydreaming about the living there since our tour! So we went by that afternoon, put in an application and reservation fee. Liz called us the next day to say we were approved and set up a move in date. Throughout the entire process we have been treated professionally and with genuine warmth by every staff member we encountered.
Offered to every tenant moving in is the choice of an accent wall and paint color at no additional cost! What a lovely surprise and great way to add a little personal touch to a unit. We’re looking forward to our move in date!
