United is the worst airline in the sky! They have 0 customer service and strive to gouge their customers with fees while providing the minimal amount of services they can. They cram the coach seats together so they can create seats with a extra inch of space for which they charge you extra for. They serve no food– not even a pretzel and demand you now buy your snack. $ 5 for a tiny can of Pringles– no thanks. Shame on you United Airlines! Obviously they are not aware that they are not the only outfit in the sky. I will take my business elsewhere; in fact, I would rather ride a greyhound bus across the country before flying with you again!!!
