If you are visiting Downtown Spartanburg you may want to see the«Bicycle Art» in Morgan Square! Downtown«Sparkle City»! The Square(really more of a rectangle) has Fountains and Statues and is surrounded by Cool shops, Restaurants, a Jazz and Blues Cellar,(close by) a Clock/Bell Tower and Office Buildings… Some food vendors were here in the morning… I can imagine a new Local Band playing here in the Evening or a solo Sax player! David and the Mighty Coop playing Guitars and Singing would make me want to stop and listen! A Spartanburg Connection, Music Walk? Tour? Something, if you have your phone, you can listen to a bit, on some Musical Artists: Marshall Tucker Band, Clara Smith(Blues Singer) and William Walker, maybe more, these were the ones we saw! Free Parking all around the Square!

I really enjoys this little lovely park in Spartanburg, SC. I spent half an hour to scroll around. There is a belfry to the west, a statue of General Daniel Morgan and a fountain. You could walk in the small path winding through the lawn. You need more stuff to kill time. So I just walked around. I saw the Spartan City Hall quite close, it looks a bit shabby to me. Two things are quite interesting. There is no parking meter around, even though the sign does say two hour limit. I could not figure out the way they would calculate. Also, there would be a free concert every Friday(or Saturday) from April to July. It would be fun to listen to music in the park.
