Unilocaled this place as we were driving through Spartanburg and we’re glad we did. Small Mom and Pop operation, like some of the best restaurants are. Very friendly people, good prices and good authentic food. The servings were generous. The location was a little out of the way, but we hope they get a good lunch crowd from some of the industrial neighbors. I had the spinach Enchiladas Rancheras with rice and beans and my boyfriend had a tasty nacho-​type entrée called Chilaquiles. Both were served with rice and beans. The salsa is a little thinner than we like, but it was great poured over the rice.

Best Real Mexican food! Me and my boyfriend love Mexican food and have tried many places, usually we are disappointed anywhere we go locally. Los Volcanes just recently opened and we wanted to give it a try. It was absolutely amazing! I ordered the chicken quesidilla meal which came with guacamole salad and beans. I have eaten many means like this and this one was honestly the best one I have ever eaten. My boyfriend ordered his go-​to «pollo fondito» (I hope I spelled that right) and he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was either! The staff is super friendly and will make sure you are well taken care of and explain anything on the menu you might not understand. The restaurant is kind of small and hidden away, but are defiantly worth given a chance if you’re in the mood for some great Mexican food!
