We just walked into this location and turned right around and walked back out because it is so cold inside that our teeth were chattering while we were in line to order. This situation screams, «we care nothing about the comfort of our customers» ! Turn the air to a reasonable temperature and you may get my business. If not, there are lots of other restaurants in town!

I’ve been a Jason’s Deli fan for 15 years now and have visited roughly 50 of their locations. This one seemed dark, uninviting and bland. Unfortunately, the salad bar wasn’t restocked. Our meals came out wrong and the food was just average. These aren’t traditional Jason’s Deli traits. Hopefully, we visited on a poor day for the staff. And, even on a bad day Jason’s blows away Subway and other sandwich shops. Meanwhile, even at it’s poorest, Jason’s remains a great place for for the family to grab dinner or a quick lunch. Their salad bar(when kept stocked) is a go-to for most patrons and few could complain about the quality and portions provided with the soup and sandwiches. Your best value remains the Manager’s Special which comes with half of any sandwich and either a cup(not bowl) of soup or single trip to the salad bar.

Always great food here. We tend to order the salad bar. Our daughter got a turkey sandwich on croissant and it was VERY plentiful with meat. The water, unfortunately being in Spartanburg, was NASTY. It’s not their fault. But they were kind enough to let us get anything from the fountain stand in Coke products at no charge, so that was nice of them. This Spartanburg location is down 29 just past the mall and in same plaza as Burlington Coat Factory(of which I just did a review for).

I love this place. Jason’s Deli is my daughter’s go to restaurant whenever we are in Spartanburg. They may not always get my order correct(no tomatoes due to my allergy) but the managers and the staff actually care about their customers. I love their club sandwiches and the gingerbread muffins are to die for. We are regulars at the Spartanburg location and have been for years now.

Ordered to go from here. Had a hot pastrami sandwich. Did the build your own. Sandwich was good. It was my first time in and the lady at the counter was very nice and answered all my questions with a smile. Would need to sit down in the dinner to give a higher review. Overall, I would recommend the carry out.

This place was amazing, the food is fresh, healthy and delicious, but best of all they give the best of service to those that are terribly allergic to gluten. Our daughter is so allergic that she needs gloves to touch flour. We watched as they made her sandwich on Gluten free bread. The man preparing her sandwich was so careful. He changed his gloves, put fresh paper down so that her bread did not touch any of the previous gluten. Thanks for taking this allergy seriously. She breaks out in a terrible rash, her blood sugars drop and she gets a terrible headache if she eats the tiniest bit of gluten. Once again, thank you for being so careful with our daughters health and giving us a place to eat that we know is safe.

Food is okay. But some of the handicap parking is torturous to get over the curb stones and up to the sidewalk.(Maybe you have to be handicapped to understand).

My first visit to a Jasons Deli. The selections here are endless! We all three ordered salad bar, 2 had sides of chicken salad and I had a side of tomato basil soup. Salad bar is really good, love the extras like pasta salad, chocolate mousse, etc. The 2 that had chicken salad said is was a little too sweet for their taste, but that it was good. The soup was chunky and I prefer smooth, but it was yummy! The tea was horrible, which is sad. :(Coke it is. All of the staff were very friendly! I love friendly people… makes me want to come back. :)

This place is great. I’m so happy that I finally have a good sandwich place to go to when I visit my family. This place kind of reminds of Paddow’s in Charlottesville, VA(I think there are other stores in VA, too). There are a ton of different sandwiches to choose from or you can make your own. I had a pastrami on rye with swiss cheese and russian dressing, pressed. It was absolutely delicious. My brother had the bbq pork sandwich and it was also fantastic. My sister is a vegetarian and they have plenty of options for her too. She loves it here. I will definitely be back when I’m in town.

This is my third time eating lunch at Jason’s, all in different southern states. If your not exactly sure what your craving for lunch they have almost everything here. Full service catering, to go and eat in dining with a nice all u can eat salad bar. On this visit I scarfed down the smoked jack panini. Turkey, pepper Jack, guacamole, bacon, Roma tomatoes and Russian dressing on an olive oil toasted panini. I really like the fact that your food is brought to you at the table of your choosing. Aditionally, the manager and staff come around to check if u need anything else. Good service is a bonus.
