Clean, cheap, new, quiet with friendly staff. Would be a 5 star placer if the Internet wasn’t the speed of dialup. The speed never changed over 5 day stay. Unacceptable.

So far it was great… check in the room looks clean and nothing out of the ordinary. However there is a smell to it I can’t but my touch to it. The carpet looks clean. Will update on breakfast time. Breakfast was great they had it ready to go at 0429 which by the way let me leave early

Perhaps my experience was singular — perhaps not — but the genteel manner in which it was broached by management impressed me.
Because a hotel representative contacted me privately about my scathing critique on Trip Advisor, I won’t say anything more other than I was genuinely impressed by the discreet manner in which my complaints were addressed both in a private email and the hotel’s publicly posted response.
I’ll never patronize that particular motel again, but then, in reality, I’ll most likely never be in Spartanburg again.
We’ll just let the matter drop softly.

We stayed with our infant and preschooler.
Very clean floors, bathrooms, and elevators.

Stayed here on business. Very clean hotel. Literally right off the expressway. Friendly staff. Mainly fast food places around there to eat. Short drive to some better food choices. Hotel had a nice breakfast area. Lobby had ice water and cookies all day. The fitness center was just OK hence the 4 stars. Had to venture out in order to get a full workout in.

This is a well run property. Desk staff was welcoming and sincere, the room was clean and well stocked, and they offered a nice breakfast. They also have a great little indoor pool and a clean exercise room.
It doesn’t take much to make a hotel a nice place to visit, and this place hits all of the points.

Super friendly staff, very clean accommodations, and the price was right.
My wife and daughter had fun in the pool, which looked very well kept and clean. Other members of my family used the workout area, which was also very clean.
As I said, the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
