Please heed the advise of the honest tenant reviews and not the fake management ones made one day after the other. Do Not Move Here! Pro’s: 1. Close to shopping and highways. 2. Wood setting, although offset by the perimeter barbed wire fence(wish we had time to ponder that before signing the lease). Con’s: We had moved from out of state and had a unit selected by family, but for some reason lost it to another couple. They gave us another similar unit and told us all the flooring would be replaced and it would be ready for us when we arrived.
We arrived to them telling us they had to rush us through the showing(wanted us to sign the lease before looking at the unit?). They told us they had 5 other couples moving in the same day, so it would have to be quick. All the blinds were shut and half needed replacement, as we opened one they said they’d take care of it no problem. We noticed the carpeting on the steps and upstairs were old stained and patched nasty carpet. They said they told us only the downstairs would be replaced. That is simply not true. Why would we be okay with pet stained carpet upstairs? I asked about the new vinyl having lumps and bubbles under it, also why it’s caulked in bright white everywhere instead of base. They didn’t say much. They tried to ignore or deflect any of these issues we brought up. We sign the lease, hoping we are being too picky and we were a bit stuck just arriving fully packed and ready to move in. After the move and drive they know they got ya! I ask again about the walk through sheet and the fact that she only listed the discolored stove handle(this 5 months later still has yet to be replaced, it took us 4 months to get a silverwear holder for the dishwasher). We open all the windows for light and find all the windows have a film on them, which we saw on one window before, but thought they had to be cleaned. We were so wrong! All the windows have a broken seal, so the film is inside the windows and you can’t hardly see anything out of them. Half the windows had no screens and only one opened barely. The master bedroom window had a 1 inch gab by 4 feet high, because the window that had been replaced at one time was too short for the frame. I taped the window until it was replaced 3 months later. The rest they told us it was not in their budget to replace them and tough luck! Well we still have 3 windows without screens and only a couple open. The next few days we got to know our neighbors kids(we think they rushed us through, because of the issues and the neighbors weren’t home!) The kids play in the parking lot/playground, so lots of yelling an screaming outside our window. Hard to even hear the TV, because the windows are so bad, everything from cold/hot air to bugs and noise. Within 4 days these kids had run into our nice vehicles 5 times, as that’s how many times we had to shut off our alarms from getting hit by bikes or balls. No apology of any sort from the neighbor. We really tried to reason with these people, but they weren’t having it. It was our fault our alarms went off and it was scaring their kids? Seriously?! Management defers all issues like these and says they can’t do anything. The latest situation occurred recently and will force us to move. I come home form a long work day and hear kids playing outside. I see our neighbor throwing a football with a couple kids in the parking lot. It’s being thrown towards my truck and the kid almost misses it a few times. I move my truck as I have had to do many times in the past… parking lot/playground and all. As I come back up to my apartment I tell my neighbor thanks for making me move my truck again. He starts yelling at me, because he says I interrupted his conversation with his homey. My wife had just arrived home too and was standing in the door as we proceeded to argue. I tried to reason with him and say all I ask is for your kids to not play around our vehicles and I don’t understand why that’s so difficult to do? He continues to go off with his 3 – 4 kids there watching and he says, «If you can’t learn to respect me then I’m gonna go get my homeys to help me send you back to where you came from.» Word for word. He then goes on to say that accidents happen all the time, so if anything happens to our vehicles it’s not his problem??? So it’s still an accident if it’s easily preventable? Hmmm. I say this is a lost cause and he tells me to F#$K Off and I’d better learn respect or he’ll take care of it. I go inside to call the police, which my wife won’t let me do. She’s afraid of repercussions of reporting them and it causing even more issues. I instead call the office and tell them what happened. She says they cannot do anything but send them a letter. I’m thinking she’s joking, but nope… call the cops she says. Wonderful :)

Hi All On other sites I have found mostly negative reviews. Since this one counts i would like to say that the management here has been nothing but a blessing. They are courteous and have done everything in their power to make sure that my relocation from California has gone smooth. We can wait to get there. T-minus 13 days. Thank you again ladies, so far the experience has been wonderful.
