Just not good. My wife, son & I went there on 5⁄23. A mom and her 6 yr. old daughter ordered a kids meal and a 12″ sandwich. The 2 people behind the counter took over 20 minutes to make their order. While the 6 year old played on the floor with all of the bags of chips(crushing them brought her such joy), the 3rd employee(manager?) sat in the corner and drank a soda. My son ordered his sandwich, my wife TRIED to order a meatball sandwich and the guy goes over to the metal bin and says«Huh, too bad, no meatballs. What else you want?» We decided we would try to share a chicken bacon melt something. Were we surprised! A 12″ sandwich with a whole 6 pieces of chicken. These pieces were about 1″ long. After 30 minutes, we got our order. After a bit, the manger walked by and said«Good sandwiches, huh?» I said no, but he just smiled and walked away… I must say that we thought that Subway would be faster than the deli inside of Raley’s, but we were absolutely wrong. Service — non-existent Variety — no, unless we have leftovers Freshness — not really, lettuce had brown stuff on it Quality — hahahahahahahaha!!! Will we go back? Bahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat for lunch. I got a turkey on wheat with Swiss. I hardly ever choose to eat from these type of places and give my business to local entrepreneurs. However this is likely a franchise so some one local still benefits. My bread was a bit stale on the end that is curved. Perhaps a result of the company removing yoga mat from their recipe. Lol Everything else was fresh.

Honestly I was not expecting great things because of the low stars for this subway, but we were hungry and I wanted a sandwich. It was clean and not very busy so we were promptly served. I ordered a make my own sandwich with turkey, pepperoni and all kinds of vegetables and my husband ordered a meatball sandwich. We both enjoyed our sandwiches and sat in subway to eat. It was actually nice because we were not bothered and it was quiet. The only problem was that I could not find any napkins anywhere and the gentleman working the evening shift was in the back and really did not come out while we were there eating. It was not an incredible experience, but it was not awful either. The man making the sandwiches was friendly enough and the food was good.

They are cheap, they skimp on the veggies, never more than 1 person working. This subway is one of the worst in town.

Ive been told 5(yes five) different times that they are out of white bread. And each time it was around 5pm. And on 2 different occasions I was told there was no white bread because they needed to bake some. Staff has been either rude or apathetic. Spend your money with someone else who might appreciate it.

Well I give a 3 star for the sandwich. The inside is ok. But the lady who cut and give the service is kind a mean. I ask for more veggies she kinda give me a dirty look. I may not come again for that…

Well Francisco was super friendly and helpful. I can’t say that for the rest of the staff. One person added mustard to my sandwich despite me saying three times I did not want mustard. Francisco stepped in and apologized and insisted in remaking the sandwich. My children and I go to this subway all the time and are usually very satisfied. It’s clean sandwiches are good and although I wouldn’t say the staff was super friendly I’ve never really experienced a problem until today’s episode. But no hard feelings! Thanks Francisco!

Well, the sandwich was pretty standard, but the staff and store are pretty bad. The store looks like it hasn’t been mopped or wiped down in weeks, all of the tables had crumbs on them, the meat/veggie fridge, and cutting board area were a disaster. Three of four associates were in back joking about a neighboring assisted living center, and the one out making sandwiches for a piling up line didn’t have any sort of uniform, and was flirting with his customer, talking about«jail time,» I think.(I only heard«did time,» so I don’t exactly know what was being talked about, regardless, it was inappropriate.) For being such a new looking Subway, this was far and away one of the worst, if not –the– worst, I’ve ever been to. The store as a whole just felt kind of gross.

If I could give this store less than one star I would. I have been in there several times and each time I have been given a sandwich with the bread still frozen. I called to complain and was told there are no manager in the store, well that explains the frozen bread! I was given the owner’s phone number, I called and left a message and he didn’t find it important enough to call me back. This Subway sucks!
