Requested lockout service because I left my keys in the ignition & technician put a «spider web» sized crack in my windshield. No problem they are insured and will fix right. No, the supervisor «Luke» came out and blatantly lied through his teeth and tried to devise every cockamamie excuse possible how that his technician could not have possibly of done such a thing, when I witnessed it with my own two eyes and, that since his operation is owned by AAA he has the final say. Now I’m out $ 300.

Breaking down on the side of I-​80, with a 1 and a 4 year old in the car is very stressful! Thankfully, I had AAA. AAA estimated the driver would be there in an hour, but told me they put the call as a priority call due to my location. My car requires a flat bed so I was expecting about an hour wait. However, Paul arrived in less than 15 minutes. He hooked up my car and got me home quickly and safely. He even had GPS in his rig so I didn’t have to tell him directions… I was able to relax, which was nice. I’m glad they are contracted with AAA and I will definitely use them again, even if I don’t have AAA.

It’s no fun getting a flat tire on a 5th floor of a parking garage, but Derek was great. He was quick, efficient and enthusiastic.
In regards to time, I wish it could have been shorter. From the time we called AAA until the time Derek arrived, 55 minutes have passed; but at that point we were happy he was there and just ready to get home. So just for Derek and his attitude — 4 stars!
