Sally Beauty Supply

I have been to this Sally’s multiple times. They usually are very helpful and have good products. I helped my grandma bleach her hair so we could add a dark blonde to it. We go pick the blonde, get home do the strand test with one of the tubes and it turns the color we wanted, I mix both tubes the second tube comes out different than the first one I thought it was cause the color might have not been mixed well, so I didn’t think anything of it. After mixing the product and putting it in her hair and letting it set for the exact time and rinsing it out, it’s black. We go to Sally’s the next day and talk to them about it. The employee was not helpful, and didn’t attempt to help. And said there is no way anything can be done.

Came to check out their nail polish selection and walked away with three. Staff was nice, was greeted promptly when I walked in and was told about certain production promotion. The lady who cashed me out was nice and informed me that with my military ID, I can sign up for the beauty card for FREE! Not all locations do that, so double check if you don’t have the card already.
