This is easily the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to in my life. I went to this location 8 days ago and ordered a chicken strip basket and a small blizzard 10 minutes into eating my food as I was already 15 min down the road and had already gone eight miles away I noticed a funny taste on both my french fries and the chicken strips. They both tasted like a heavy dose of chlorine had been put in a fryer. I simply stopped eating and call them and inform them that something wasn’t quite right and left a voicemail. You would have thought they would have returned my call the next day or even within 2. Here I am over a week later and I still have not gotten any phone call back from them. I even told them on my voicemail I was not looking for a refund because this location is way out of my way but I wanted them to be aware that there fryers are not appropriately safe still with no return phone call shows me they don’t really care if customers are not happy with their satisfaction. If you want to make Dairy Queen of better location and a better establishment it helps to take your customers feedback seriously

Food was good, but service needs work. Went through drivethru and had to wait 3 minutes after they gave us our food for them to realize we were still sitting there waiting for our drinks.

Why do you require ID for DEBIT card purchases over $ 25? Tonight I had the pleasure of ordering $ 26 worth of food and didn’t have my ID but good news, I had my debit card. Oh, but bad news. you can’t freaking accept DEBIT, it must be ran as credit. What the hell DQ? If I ordered one dollar less I wouldn’t have had to leave your store and go find a cash machine while my food gets cold. Welcome to 2014. We have the internet, bitcoin, paypal, etc. But not at DQ, they can’t even run a DEBIT card.

The lady that served me was very nice and professional. Usually when I go to dairy queens I have a problem with my chicken but it was pretty good here. My French fries, however, were old tasting. I feel like they were just warmed up before I got them. Which totally bums me out since the fries are my favorite part.

Normally the chicken strip basket is an item you really can’t mess up. But the last two times I’ve ordered it here I have thrown most of it away. This time they served me lukewarm fries and the toast(once again) wasn’t toasted. In fact I’m not even sure it touched a grill more than five seconds and the melted«margarine» was dripping off the bread. Absolutely disgusting. We’ve noticed a distinct drop in the burgers and fries here over the years. Their blizzards are the best and I’ve decided that I will stick to ice cream products only at this location.

for what you pay for chicken strips and chicken strips are not worth it like toast was covered in butter and it was soaking it was horrible

For most part I thought it was good, had the Chicken Strip $ 5 basket, the chicken strips IMO were a little small, but the fries was good. This store needs to have their employees sweep the floor more, and it could use some new chairs as some of them have rip seems on them. I thought the customer service at this store was good, and was overall pleased.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have held off on giving a review thinking the next time I went in it would get better however that was not the case. The staff is rude and when you talk to the manager about it, nothing changes. I guess when I asked to have my order put in a bag it was to much to ask.

Ordered sugar free orange creamsicle as it was the only diabetic friendly item and when we got home, both creamsicle s were frost bitten so bad, they were covered in frost

Yay, I’m a fan, this dairy queen is staffed with very friendly people. On our last visit we met Steve who was working in the dinning area. What a great guy. We’ll be back! The restaurant was clean, not sticky like a lot of dairy queens I’ve been in. I give them 5 stars, however you see only 4 because last time I give 5 stars my review was filtered by Unilocal
