Very poor service! The staff is under high levels of stress due to not enough personell and poor management. This is a high traffic McDonald’s, why not keep your hard working employees happy and your customers happy? Your employees only have two hands and can handle so much. I saw it all while waiting. You are losing both and lots of money too. Customers have to walk out unfortunetly because they is no one there to help. If you want business, train your employees, increase the number at this location. It is worth every penny! And how about treating everyone with dignity and respect. Hope to see improvement soon. 12:33 a.m. I was the 4th car in line, there were four other cars in line in the second drive-thru. Took 16 minutes to have my order taken. 12:49 a.m. order taken at drive-thru via intercom. 12:56 a.m. took 7 minutes to get to the first drive-through window to pay. 12:59 a.m. received order and Fries were cold! I noticed they took orders from 2 — 4 cars at a time in rapid succession and then make everyone else wait at the intercom for 5 – 9 minutes. Once there were no more cars at the windows, they would start taking orders again. Horrible!
