My husband and I love eating here anytime we go to the town square. We appreciate that they have vegan options. I always enjoy the black bean wich with hummus, pesto and lots of veggies. Everything below is specific to this location, I can’t count how many Which Wich’s I’ve been to and Southlake’s has been the worst for me. The first thing about this location is that no one here can make a proper lettuce wich. I end up getting a bowl which now because I just know I’m going to end up disappointed. That shows poor training. I don’t blame the employee. This location specifically lacks the proper customer service I expect from any restaurant. The employees never seem happy to do their job. I’ve also never seen an employee washing a table after a customer leaves and it shows by how dirty the tables and floor are. It’s very poorly managed which is surprising in such a nice area of town. I hold Which Wich to a higher standard!

Stopped in here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and the place was dead. It took a few minutes to figure out how to order. You have to take one of the little brown baggies, write your name on the top, mark off everything you want on your sandwich and then pay. When your sandwich is ready, they will call your name. The subs were served warm, wrapped in foil and we found the quality to be superior to subway but on par with Quiznos. It was very filling, but the price seemed too high for a sub so I doubt we would return.

Just finished dinner with my family, food was decent, restaurant seemed unkempt, and sense of urgency was lacking. Employees need to take their political beliefs talk away from behind the counter. Customers don’t need to hear your thoughts on disenfranchised citizens rights.

Good sandwich shop whichever one you go to. Take your time and select the right stuff for a good sandwich.

The store look closed at 6 p.m. on a Saturday. Chairs were on the table which is disgusting and the whole half of the store was blocked off. couldn’t get to the back of the store to use the bathroom without squeezing by the people in line. Then when I asked what I got charged extra for, I got a slight attitude from the cashier about it.

This used to be a very clean Whichwich when the original owner had it. Still decent but not as clean since it has changed hands.

My kids would give this a five star but I would give it a three so we will round out to four. I think it’s overpriced for sub sandwiches. My daughter loves that she can get eggs any time of day(are you listening café express?).

There is something strange about this chain… There are so many ingredients, and you think with so many ingredients and pre-made suggested ingredient lists, the food would taste good… But somehow, it never does. I have gone to various Which Wich locations at least five times, and every time, the sandwich disappoints. I’ve tried putting a lot of stuff; I’ve tried putting just a few ingredients. It always tastes lackluster… always.

Much superior alternative to Subway. High quality ingredients, fast service, highly customizable, and great branding that lends itself to a memorable and desirable ambiance and experience. I love that you simply write down everything and anything you want onto a brown paper sandwich bag, which not only serves as your order ticket but also the bag in which your sandwich is served. They have a nice selection of sandwiches and salads that range from traditional to comfort to unique(for a sandwich shop). They also have salads(which is sort of like a carb-less sandwich), as well as your typical chips and cookies.

3.5 stars because of service, not the food. Great chain sandwich place! I love the fact that you can customize your sandwich any way you’d like with enough choices to have a different sandwich every time you visit. The bread is fresh and warm(I always get a «hot wich») and there is the right balance of meat vs. veggies in between. Meat lovers — you won’t get that thick layer of meat on your sandwich like you’d see at an authentic NY deli but you also aren’t going to be pulling apart the bread searching for the meat like a Subway. My only complaint — the Southlake location tends to run on the slow side, especially if there are more than 2 people inside the restaurant. Flower Mound has been much faster so I chalk it up to the Southlake employees rather than the actual process of sandwich making.

Too slow to make sandwiches… understand when they’re busy but 15 wait for two sandwiches when no one is in the store?

I can never find anything in this area. It all looks like something a kid made out of new legos. Anyhow I stumbled onto this place, thinking it might be a good place for lunch. I walked in and they kind of yell at you as you walk in «Welcome to Which Wiiiiich!?» with a slight inclination at the end, like they’re questioning you as you walk in. I notice a lot of places here in Texas do that — Yell hello or Welcome as you walk in. This gets old if you’re sitting inside trying to eat lunch as they yell hello at every single person who walks in. I was told I had to fill out my order on this bag thing. The deal here is, you have to first decide what you want, then find a back corresponding to that. It’s pretty confusing and I had NO idea where to find my «bag» or whatever. Anyhow I sorted it out and you just check off on the bag what you want — the type of lettuce, cheeses, sauces, if you want the bread toasted or not. OK I guess that’s all right — less room for error there if you directly check off what you want. I’ve seen this style of ordering sandwiches before in a country store in vermont. I got my sandwich and their home-made chips. It was good. Not like, crazy-good, but all-right. I can see the potential for making a really good sandwich after studying the wrapper: you can get spicy mayo, banana peppers, etc. I got an untoasted white roll and I can tell you it’s pretty bland bread: It’s almost like it’s meant to be toasted — like it’s slightly raw. Again, I’ll figure it out going forward so I get an awesome sandwich instead of just a good one.

great sandwich customized to your order. I like putting a celebrity name as my name on the bag it makes it more fun. Anything with turkey and cheese is good! Add olive oil and italian seasoning for freee!

So four years after my 1st review, Which Wich’s are everywhere in the DFW area and they appear to all being doing well. The management has changed thing up a bit to accommodate patrons: * They no longer just have one size(sand)Wich — although the 7″ remains my choice. * You can request your sandwich toasted or not(there is something about a toasted PB&J…) and they have a bunch of «new» sandwich choices. * Lots of milkshake choices, and they are made to order with great ingredients. For as I have been going here, I stick with the egg salad. When I am hungry for egg salad, I head here. It is always good and fresh. I had their frequent Wich card, and it is rewarding to fill one up with punches and get your Wich for free!

Better than expected. Had Buffalo Chicken on toasted wheat roll with hot peppers. It is sliced chicken, not from a chicken breast but tasted ok. No so much into lunch meats. With television and Sunday football, no complaints.

The bestest and brightest of the new deli chains. A variety of house recipes to choose from. If your tired of the subway/quizno/blimpie’s this may be the new thing your craving. However, I must warn you that the regular size sandwich is somewhat smaller than the other places. You should take this portion size control as a thoughtful measure concerned about the super-sizing of our nation. A regular sandwich with chips & drink is plenty of food for average humans. My personal favorite: Turkey Reuben(a.k.a. Turkey Wich)

This place is just down right nifty when you want a sandwich. It satisfies everyone in the family, as there are so many combinations, you can’t go wrong. I like the whole«write on a bag and send it on down the line» as much as the next guy. I’ve only dined in once, and done take out the other times– and can say that they warm sandwiches stay warm until you get home. I tried the Elvswich today and I really liked it. It has peanut butter, bananas and honey. Now, I am no fan of honey– but I wouldn’t think of leaving it off, and good thing I didn’t. What a good blend this sandwich really was. I can see me craving it in the future. Despite a very busy place on a Saturday, I waited no time to get three perfectly constructed sandwiches before heading on my way. It’s not what I’d call deli style, Chicago style or any style– just good sandwiches any way you want them.

Going to Which Wich is kind of like going to college. It’s intimidating at the start, you don’t know if you will fit in, you don’t know how you will like it, but once you graduate you wish you could go back again and again. The other reviewers comments about the bags are right on. My teenage daughter had to guide me through the process with much eye rolling and«oh Dad, you are so out of it» commentary but I eventually got my first order in — and it was delicious. Then, the second time I went back I was like a pro. Picked the right bag out of the caroussel, selected my toppings, even remembered to draw a cute picture on the back of the bag so I could track its progress down the order wire.(Trust me — if it is busy, draw a picture on the back of the bag — you’ll see what I mean.) Good selection, nice people, not my choice in décor but you don’t go to a sandwich joint for décor, you go for good sandwiches and they’ve got ‘em.
