Inaccurate order. I went through the drive thru and the first employee«Aisha» took payment and confirmed my order as the homestyle meal and I said«No I ordered nuggets» and she said«Yeah that’s what it’s call.» I pay move on to the second window then Doris repeats«Homestyle meal?» And I said«I ordered the nuggets» she looks in my bag and says«Yes nuggets!» I grab my drink and leave. I get out of the parking lot and realize I did not receive a straw! It’s not a big deal it happens. I get home and opened my bag and guess what no damn chicken nuggets instead I have some hamburger that I did not order! My order was simple! No modifications. And they could not get it right. Absolutely pathetic.

This here Mc Donalds is consistently the best quality, friendly service, clean. I live nearby and come here often. The free drink refills and large Styrofoam cups are important to me.

Worst experience ever. Waited in the drive through at the second speaker. Watched 4 cars pull up from the street and get waited on before they finally waited on me. If you aren’t going to use the second speaker then you should close it. And when the guy finally said he would help me he told me to hang on while he finished clearing the other line which built up after I had pulled up. Nothing more frustrating then watching 4 cars zoom past you cause the worker can’t do his job. I won’t ever be back.

Brought my kids here for play land. The lights him so loud it sounds like an amplifier. Chick-fil-a if right around corner. Will not be coming back.

This place gets one star… As other Unilocaler’s have written this place needs to get their act together. Manager if you are reading this, please check Receipt #233 on 7÷17÷15! I did a take out order and checked food quickly. Got home and realized kids chocolate milk and my filet-o-fish, order was not in the bag but a chicken sandwich was in its place. Drove back and asked for missing items and fresh fries since the food has been sitting in the bag… Was told we do not have any chocolate milk today… Ok, well it’s on my order– I said? I get my order and still no drink… Seriously? I understand this is fast food but just because you don’t have an item you did get paid so I should receive something…, Sigh… Get home and noticed the French fries were not full but less than half filled! Is it that difficult to fill up a fries container? And was it too much for me to ask you to re-do my order considering I had to drive back and forth? I hope y’all get your act together soon!

Figuring this Mcdonald’s is in prime real estate of Southlake, it is such a bitter disappointment. Between the twelve year olds working the drive thru and the rest of the staff hiding in the back I have gotten my orders right maybe twice out of about twelve visits. The food is consistently stale and /or burned. I even found a sharp hand saw on the window sill in the kid’s play place when they were updating it. Hire workers who are of legal age to work, hire management that can actually manage. I’m ok with eating garbage for cheap, but when you start messing with my kid’s happy meals, that’s when the protective daddy bear’s claws come out. Please close this restaurant.

Headed to the airport early morning to pick up my wife. Kids in car all in their pajamas and get half way to airport and get notification that flight has been diverted with no idea on when it will land. So brought kids through the drive through. Food was typical McDonald’s so right there best I could possibly give is 4 stars in an ideal McD’s visit. As soon as I get to menu guy on other side of talk box is rushing me to order. Dude I just got in front of the menu and have a car full of kids. Give me a minute. Which ok I get it it’s fast food hurry up. But I have to explain to kids what their options are and they made decisions quickly Drove around and paid. No problem there(imagine that they can take money no problem). Pull to 2nd window. And they hand me the kids OJ. And a bag of food. I ask about my Dr. pepper and guy rolls his eyes. Then I ask about straws and he sighs and hands me a single straw. 4 drinks 1 straw. I thought ok maybe other ones are in bag and didn’t want to hold up the line. Drove off and pull over to pass out the food. Turns out nope still no additional straws. So I’d say customer service at this Southlake location is poor even for a McDonalds. I’d stop here again in a moment of desperation like what caused me to stop here in first place, but I won’t be coming here for any other reason.

Smiling drive through folks makes my morning off to a great start! I like that they double drive through and it goes faster!

This place gets 2 stars because everyone knows how import fries are at McDs. Don’t understand why the fries here just never taste that great. Everything else is consistent, but fries. Sometimes when they are hot they still taste old. Maybe they use a different oil. They don’t even fill the fry box up. Other than that clean, good service most of time and burgers yum.

I can’t give 1 star because, let’s face it, it WAS McDonald’s. But this one was one of the worst in regards to service. The facilities were very clean and nice. The employees were a little. dim. I ordered 2 McFlurry cups. While waiting, a man comes in saying he ordered a Filet O Fish from the drive through and asked it to be made fresh and they gave him one cold. He wanted another. They then told him there was a problem with the batter and they won’t be making any more filets today. He was quite upset citing they should have told him that up up front. I agree. After that was resolved and 3 minutes of standing there, the kid who took my order looks at me puzzled giving me the«do you have a question? «body language. I say, «McFlurries?» and it took a while to register. «Oh yeah…» and he starts getting them ready. Another customer walks up and he hands my cups off to another girl who just throws my M&Ms on top and says, «Here.» The play area is nice. We’ll be back. But wow, don’t expect much here.

I usually have to go here once a week to get my son a Happy Meal. The drive through has the one on one ordering at the window, so there is always a line during peak eatin’ times. I have always encountered friendly staff and usually my order is done right. The dining room is pretty clean and the play place is a clean as can be expected when it is frequented all day by a bunch of snot nose kids. The bathroom in the play place is a bit gross, so I always use the one in the dining room. The acoustics are bad when a bunch of screaming bay-bays are having a birthday party, so thank goodness you can go to the dining room for a reprieve. Ronald would be impressed with this location.

First off, the drive-thru is usually a mess at this location(cars wrapped around the building). Don’t think for a second that you’ll be able to catch a quick meal here during normal busy hours(and sometimes, even outside of those busy hours). Wow! Originally I was going to give this McDonald’s a solid 4 stars. The service was quick and friendly, the food was fresh, everything was… pretty ordinary but exceptional for a McDonald’s. Then I wanted a refill on my iced tea… I hadn’t realized that the girl at the register was clocking out till I saw her purse over her arm. But even though she was off the clock, she still offered to give me a refill with as much professionalism. It was such a small thing but was completely unexpected. And for that, I thank her for the smile. On a side note, this location offers McTeachers Nights(McDonald’s form of a fundraiser).
